How about Call For Help, hosted by Chris Pirillo, Cat Schwartz, and Morgan Webb? That got really funny sometimes.
Also, 100 Deeds for Eddie McDowd on Nickelodeon. He never even reached 50! Are You Afraid Of The Dark should've continued as well, along with Goosebumps.

I still find Arrested Development to be the perfect example of Fox bullshittery in regards to their cancelling of shows. How can a show that gets five Emmys on its first Season, eleven nominations on its second, a Golden Globe, its universally praised by critics, and makes a Top 100 [i]ever[/i] list in just three seaons get low rating? Dark Angel deserved a third season too. it was INCHES Away from getting one but STUPID. FUCKING. FOX. Put it in the death slot. then they were like "Nuu we want fiorfly not dark angel" IT WAS FUCKING UNIVERSALLY PRAISED. HAD 6 AWARDS. AND A GOLDEN GLOBE NOMINATION.

Gonna be frank with you, it was a cool series but it wasn't that "good". Also hilarious that they'd cancel it for another show they'd cancel right away as well.

I'll go with the trend and state simply, Firefly.
It was such a great show, with such an original premise. It's really irritating how Nathan Fillion (and by coincidence, also many of his co-starring actors in Firefly) has an annoying tendency to get their shows all canceled upon the first season; despite how awesome they usually are.
In addition, Jericho was also a great show. The second season wasn't that great comparatively with the first- but that's primarily a result of the lack of funding that it had at that point, and how rushed it was. Even so, I'm sure it would've turned out great if it just hadn't been canceled.
