I'm sorry. My eyes melted from how so awesome that is.
Progress made on the SR25. Paint has been stripped from the suppressor, outer barrel, gas block, charging handle and upper receiver. Unfortunately the upper receiver lost some of it's black finish due to me trying to rub the paint off. Magpul ACS Stock, MOE grip, and KA buffer tube purchased today. I need to cut the tube on the back of my lower receiver down to 25mm to make the buffer tube work. The charging handle has been painted with the metallic bronze color to test it's finish. If it looks alright I'll begin painting the rest of the gun.
Work Still to be done:
-Strip lower receiver of paint
-Add copper contact to SR25 tappet plate to work with generic M16 wiring set
-Cut receiver tube, install buffer tube
-Paint
How is the JG AUG anyway? I don't hear much.
Do NOT get it. The first two months it was an excellent gun, then it began falling apart, internally and externally.

Whoops wrong thread.

Yeahhhh 74M bros
So I got my 557 today after I went to the Post Office to get it. I have no idea where my IDF Gripod is because I ordered it before this order from the same place.. well anyway, I got it.
It came in a rather boring box, I prefer old fashioned cardboard and official, no-nonsense writing but whatever.

Inside it was packaged nicely. Included a nice cleaning cloth, instructions, AAA batteries, the EO Tech and a cover that doesn't fit it. (Unless you don't put it over the top, in which case enlighten me)

There are some misspellings. Either this is a result of bad translation or a clever way to avoid copy rights. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say the later.

Most EO Techs have rear mounted controls which are nice and look better but since I wanted to mount back-up iron sights behind it I needed them on the side. It also makes operation really easy with my TAR 21 and leaves room to mount magnifiers in the future. I already put a screen protector in it, which you may be able to see.

And as a MARS replacement on my TAR 21 since there are no IDF-friendly replicas other than the ACOG

That's all I got, my camera was being a royal bitch so don't ask for shots of the crosshairs because it's not going to happen. The further away you're from them, the bigger and more clear they're. They come in green and red with a few levels of intensity. Pretty good replica in all.

I also have an optic and a backup sight for everyone of my AEG's now:

I think that's the same EOTech I bought, but was broken. I refunded and I'm waiting for it to come back in stock.
I'm pretty new to airsofting so this is my first gun, the AGM HK416 (I'm also sixteen and in the UK so the two tone green is required legally)

I do have a 552 holographic, but the iron sights do me just fine usually, and I also think the gun starts to look a bit tacticool if I put too much on it. I think i'm building up a pretty good loadout, though the first thing I did was buy mid-cap magazines, high cap is like strapping a maraca to the gun
Also don't pick me up on trigger safety, the battery was out the gun was on safety the magazine had no BB's in the gun was aimed at the floor
We have the exact same gun, they're not bad aren't they?
I thought the 416 was smaller for some reason...
Its pretty big and also that stock is fully extended.
I thought the 416 was smaller for some reason...
Same, I always pictured the 416 with a shorter handguard. Still, I like it.
Same, I always pictured the 416 with a shorter handguard. Still, I like it.
Yeah me too.
It doesn't look bad to me at all. Just for some reason, it's always been pictured as a smaller carbine for me.
We have the exact same gun, they're not bad aren't they?
800RPM, full metal upper and lower receiver, with metal handguard, not forgetting full metal gearbox, a beautiful gun in all
I thought the 416 was smaller for some reason...
Well everything I've done to the gun makes it look slightly longer. i've got a thicker stock than the original crane stock, which is fully retracted, and I've also got the suppressor on. Damn getting that flash hider off was an ordeal, especially having to order a 1.5mm hex screwdriver for that screw

What gloves are those?
What gloves are those?
They were five pounds from a hong kong seller on ebay, woodland camouflage gloves:

Different seller, but same product, very good quality for the cheap price
Holy shit, they're Speckled Camo gloves. It's about the same the JSDF use. Wicked sick.

There is a slight possibility I just got a new flash and am playing around with at every opportunity I get.
I never use flash. I just roll w/ my tripod and Canon Rebel.
Flash is good when you either have a diffuser or a really nice flash and know how/when to use it.
I was always taught to avoid flash like armalites unless you have a high end setup.
I don't have a high-end setup, and I don't use it for most photos. But for stuff like this, where I can use it to totally white out the background, I thought it worked alright, aside from some slight washing out of the photo.
