Hot as in hard? Or hot as in temperature hot? If its a target shooting gun then why do they make much more powerful pistols that AREN'T for target shooting?

Yes. Hot as in it shoots over field limits. And show me what pistols are made that shoot hotter than 400FPS that are still accepted by fields.
My field doesn't have a FPS limit so you can come play here.

No, hot as in temperature. The BB will literally melt through your skin and burn your clothes.
I have a SCAR-h I'll post some pics of it tomorrow, don't have my camera handy at the moment. Thinking about getting a grenade launcher attachment for it, or might get a sniper when I finally get another job.

Doesn't look like much, but this one is important to me. UTG MP5, my very first AEG bought new in '05 for a little over $100. A number of guns came and went before I quit airsoft in '07, but this is the only one I ever managed to get functional and play with. Scored my first kills with it in what turned out to be my last "official" game with the local club. I put some upgrade spring I can't remember in it along with some metal bushings, semi auto has never worked since. I'm currently trying to sell it for next to nothing to some of my brother's friends we play with, since I remember how hard it is to come up with money for a real AEG at that age.

This is my current primary since getting back into airsoft recently. JG M4 S-system, in tan. Cheap RDS, vertical grip I don't use. I downgraded the spring to an M110 because the ROF was dogshit slow on regular 8.4v batteries, and the stock 420 fps is a little hot for the people I play with. Bought it used for roughly what I spent on the MP5 way back when. Great gun, the middle-priced Chinese AEG market has seen some phenomenal improvements in the last couple of years, used to be the UTG MP5 was the only thing between Cyma LPEGs and Tokyo Marui.

I actually just got this one today, partly as a backup and partly because I struck a deal with my brother to help get him a better gun than the MP5 I was letting him use. Echo 1 Stag-15, bone stock internally but with a G&G full stock. I'm waiting on a large battery and I need to replace the previous owner's Deans connectors with Tamiyas before I can fire it. It's much lighter than the JG without all those rails, but the build quality is still respectable. I owned a TM M4 and a TM M733 once, and the JG/Echo 1 guns seem to be very close to that quality.
I hate hicaps, so all of my guns use MAG midcaps. Olive drab ones for the JG (got them really cheap), and Vietnam-style ones for the Echo 1. Those midcaps are the best magazine bargain ever.
Lol i got a WELL MB02 spring rifle today. I got it for 10 because it was "broken" according to the previous owner. I opened it up, and the it was "broken" because he double loaded it and couldn't push the bolt forward. He much have tried to force it, and broke one of the bb's, getting it caught in the chamber. Took me 10 seconds to remove it and have a good working low grade gun.
It's pretty accurate actually. Too bad he tried to paint camo on it, and it looks like shit, but i already started covering that with good paint.
Edit: The only reason i actually bought it was for the scope. Its a DAMN good scope for $10. Guess he forgot he had it on there. :v:

The smell of victory is that of a fruity tropical citrus type.
The field that's closest to me is Xtreme Combat and they have a 500 FPS limit, so I'm good there. Plus, I normally don't play at fields I just play at events we set up ourselves and we don't have FPS limits there.
I'm not taking this gun back because its already past warranty and I don't have enough money to buy a new one. It's my choice whether I can use it or not and the people I play with don't mind it so I really don't see a problem here.
Bought G36k stock and a C-mag off of AEX staff since they wanted to sell parts they never used :v:
