The base is just grey primer, the hexagons are just mixed from some black and white paint we had lying around.

I bought it from a UK website called Action Hobbies, the stock i painted was the plastic one it came with. And the bolt release is stupid and was only held in with a spring pushing it out holding a rod in place, i lost it once then found it and came back from a game to find it was missing.

Also, the finish on the metal is better than any airsoft gun.
