Though the RVG grip probably wouldn't look any better. Maybe an AFG?

All he would have to do to make that from his current gun is put on a standard handguard instead of RIS. The C7A2 is the cool one. Most soldiers replace it with a normal charging handle because the ambidextrous one keeps getting caught on shit.
