I'm starting to realize that most people who use this forum are completely or at least almost completely EOTech ignorant. It makes me a little sad really. There are a lot of differences that you can see if you'd just compare them for fifteen seconds. PS: I hate when you (eg people who do this) call your $60 552 replica an "EOTech 552" because it isn't (here's looking at you Gohrsky). It's a shitty red dot. I had two of them myself but I didn't go around saying "HURF DURF I GOSSA MA EOTECH 552 A65 HOLOGRAPHIC WEAPONS SIGHT ON MY JG M4 HORF HORF" and I feel like some people think it's actually impressive to make a big deal out of your replica sight and call it something it isn't. Just say it's a damn 552 or EOTech replica. You're not fooling anyone except most people apparently. [/faggotry] Also ender, I would love to illustrate the many differences (or should I say improvements) the 552 I linked to has over yours, but it's too depressing, so I'll just leave you to wallow in your happiness.

Doesn't matter to me, I've checked out a buddies real EOTech before, blows mine away for sure. Go ahead and list the differences. My 552 clone was an earlier model released at least 2 years ago, I'm sure the newer clones have little improvements here and there.

Someone insisted it was my fault for shattering their eotech once. Is it really that hard to put a sheet of mesh over the front of it to make it airsoft proof? I mean, fuck, it's like not wearing eye protection, why would you take the risk unless you had an infinite supply of eotechs. Or an infinite supply of eyes.

That's just what happens with EO replicas, they take a hit to the lens and shatter. I don't know if real ones shatter to tell you the truth, but it's a risk you run. tl;dr: taht guy was faget

TM sells chrome Sigs. It's a plastic slide too so you can't exactly sand and polish it to get that effect. As for scope protection, I learned the hard way. Luckily it seems like they placed 2-3 lenses up front so I was able to remove the cracked one and still use it.
