I'm tempted to make the Halo Shotgun, considering I have 3 different shotguns I can play with. Even better, the ACM M500 can take RS shotgun parts, so it expands the amount of parts I could use.
Make the F.E.A.R 2 shotgun instead please.
The mag has to give unlimited bullets so you don't have to reload. ( watch the movie, They never do!)
heh heh highcaps
alright, i finished a rough PMG model: [img_thumb]http://i646.photobucket.com/albums/uu182/razgriz25thinf/myweapon1.jpg[/img_thumb] thats obviously not going to be 100% what it looks like, because i can only do so much in PMG, but thats the desired model. EDIT: changed because last on was shit
Keep in mind the stock or part of it needs to extend much lower to account for the motor. Also I wouldn't extend the stock much further than the charging handle, bullpups can be a royal pain in the ass to size correctly in the design stage. If you make it too long it's impossible to hold the grip and shoulder it properly. It's about making it as compact as possible. Also, stick with a full length rail system. I'd suggest something like a 11-12" Noveske, Daniel Defense or LaRue. You will also need a new outer barrel, as your current JG M16 uses a 3 piece outer barrel. Those tend to wobble a lot and are not sturdy at all in free float setups. Maybe I might work on my own 7.62 bullpup build using my newly acquired CA SR25 (I have 2 now).
Make the F.E.A.R 2 shotgun instead please.
Give me some pictures of the full gun and we'll see. If it's a more practical build I might think about it.
This gun making ideas made me want to make a Grendel from Crysis 2.
buy an acr lol
fagpul gaycr
I have a few shitty AEGs I can use to make something If I have the time and materials. What make?
Magpul Massoud, 7.62 awesomeness
i've held the ACR airsoft gun shit i really don't like it, it doesn't feel all that comfy to me
Magpul Massoud, 7.62 awesomeness
I want both the real steel and airsoft equivalent of that. Isn't Magpul releasing a new weapon this year? The PDR or something like that?
How do you get the paint to rub off like that? I painted my old GBB and treated it like shit, but the paint stayed perfect.
I want both the real steel and airsoft equivalent of that. Isn't Magpul releasing a new weapon this year? The PDR or something like that?
PDR is in R&D, no ETA on release. Pretty much saying it will be ready when it's ready.

Looks more like you stretched the front end of an FN2000
right then, back after a nights shitty sleep. my pistol didnt come perfect, it had a lot of scratches in the paint, i worried that it might not work so well, but worked fine, like i said. i mean, i seemed to be a decent paintjob, but i use it whenever ACQB is doing a pistol only game. a few scratches were done by myself. moving on, no im not going to get in an internet fight. im a better person than that. yes, i overreacted. whatever. its the internet. shit happens. anyways, im going to write up an actual design today in class and post it here, select materials, and hopefully start building by tomorrow. im ditching the PMG models because they suck and cant accurately show what needs to be done and what can be done. also, im gonna be honest, this isnt a project for me to spend all my money on. im not going to buy some expensive rail and barrel system. i dont expect this to be the best gun in the world. sure i can upgrade it, but not now.
this isnt a project for me to spend all my money on
Then pick another project. This is gonna be expensive.
Most projects that don't take up a lot of money don't often come out well, being useless most of the time. I've done my fair share, I know.
PDR is in R&D, no ETA on release. Pretty much saying it will be ready when it's ready.
Last I heard they were making it a tad bigger, more ergonomic, and were hoping for a release before 2012. Only disappointment, is that it's going to be an AEG. I'd be more happy if it were a GBBR, since G&P already make gas PMAGs.
Most projects that don't take up a lot of money don't often come out well, being useless most of the time. I've done my fair share, I know.
Agreed. You really cant go into a homemade project half-cocked, especially financially. Cutting corners almost always makes a project significantly more frustrating. And nothing is worse than working hard on something only to have the product come out as something you dont like.
well to be honest, the gun is useless to me NOW. if i fail, i lost maybe a few bucks on wood, metal, some plastic, but nothing major was lost. i mean, if needed, my dad can pay for part of it, because for forever hes been trying to find us a project to work on together. so the plan is more like this: we spend until its deemed going overboard. we dont get what we dont need, but still devote the project to making the gun at least look good.
GUYS. I HAD GREAT IDEA. so, as you know, my M-16 isnt working. i know why, as i've told you. the good idea is this: recently i've seen a lot of those AK bullpup conversion kits. well, i take my M16, i craft a motor housing with enough room to have to motor engage the gearbox. then i move the grip forward, and build a wood/metal/plastic bullpup body around it. *WARNING! VERY CRUDE MS PAINT DRAWING AHEAD!* [img_thumb]http://i646.photobucket.com/albums/uu182/razgriz25thinf/BullpupM16.png[/img_thumb] Now, what i was wondering is if anyone had any kind of body or kit or something that could help me out a bit. obviously not do the whole thing, but something that could take out a bit of work for us and make this project easier.
What is this AK Bullpup conversion kit? Seems interesting, but I can't find any.
http://www.centerfiresystems.com/stkaka-bp.aspx here it is.

no i kind of like it [editline]2nd May 2011[/editline] except for the pistol grip
It looks so fucking mean. It's ugly as hell, but I like it.
[img_thumb]http://operatorchan.org/k/arch/src/k88209_bullpup%20saiga%2020.jpg[/img_thumb] Ugly son of a bitch 'aint it?
Looks actually pretty cool, but do you need to use that kind of mag? Also, would that bullpup conversion kit work with an AK-74-like gun? (AK-101 specifically)
Looks actually pretty cool, but do you need to use that kind of mag? Also, would that bullpup conversion kit work with an AK-74-like gun? (AK-101 specifically)
You need to use that mag because it's a Saiga shotgun.
You need to use that mag because it's a Saiga shotgun.
Good eye Tae
You need to use that mag because it's a Saiga shotgun.
Oh i see that now, but still, would the bullpup parts fit on an AK-101?
I wouldn't see why not. You might have to do some adjustments and modifications (I.E. where does the motor go? Are you willing to rewire your AK? Etc.). Other than the motor issue I would think it would fit.
