Shell casings used to confuse the hell outta me when I played Turok on the N64.
My only logical conclusion was that they were the bullets, ricocheting off whatever you shot and went back in through the barrel of your gun and came out the side.
Oh and I refused to believe that bullets had travel time or drop. Or be affected by the measly powers of WIND.

That's cool bro, i know some people who think putting a scope on their gun actually gives it more power and makes it shoot farther.

Don't forget aimpoints too, I had some kid ask me what kind of "sniper" I had as I walked into a game with my M14 shorty with an aimpoint...
Basically anything that resembles a tube on your gun with short rectangular "clips" makes it a sniper :colbert:

Shit I don't talk about Airsoft at all at my school cause people are going to be instantly COCK OF DUTY, M4 BLABLABLABLA EXTREME MASTER SGT OF EXTREMENESS TO THE EXTREME.
My friends mock me and go "Hey foos, you play paintball right? I love paintball!" or "You hear about that new state law they are going to make? It's going to make all your guns bright colors and shit, it's going to be awesome!"

I don't talk about airsoft at school because everyone there thinks that Walmart clear guns are the only ones out there.
I do since my school's pretty small and airsoft's pretty big around here.
I wouldn't discount springer pistols so much, I always keep a metal springer Umarex p228 in my tac vest when shit gets ugly and I have nothing left, I always get at least one or two guys with it per match.
