Actually, the CA is cheaper. The G&G runs for $500 at ASGI, the CA (depending on barrel) is $40-55 cheaper.

Otherwise it's pretty, never liked full scopes like that on Airsoft guns, never saw the point.

Most fields around me ban them completely. They ban ALL knives, even pocket knives. They'll get you kicked off a field. Granted, that's like a total of three within my area, but here it's a big NO.
What about rubber bayonets?
Completely different story. I have a rubber bayonet I sometimes use, but it's bendable and doesn't have an edge.

Thats kind of dumb. I find all sorts of uses for my Leatherman or cop tool. Setting up or cutting tripwires, making paracord slings, on the field gun-repairs/mods, or opening those damn MRE packages.

I'm not that much of an asshole, I wasn't planning on actually running it. I was stuck defending a base with four or five other guys for about an hour, with no contact, so we put it on while fucking around. It doesn't actually even belong to me, it belongs to a friend. And the scope was the same way- we actually found it on the field. I put it on for the picture and for a little while we were defending so I could see a little further out, but only for about ten minutes before putting it in my pack to turn in as a lost and found item. Then the EoTech went back on. Also- knives on the field can be tremendously useful, I do have one... just not a bayonet mounted on my gun.

Oh damn, I didn't notice the different portion at the end of your rail. Shit, they must have thrown in a stronger springer for it to be shooting at 360-410, my G&G manages 330.

My Airsoft G.I. G&G averages between 380-400.
Bought mine from there too, but it was an EBB Raider off of the affordable series. Guess the pneumatic blowback does reduce some of the FPS.

The same exact "custom" can be found just about anywhere.
If you are getting FPS readings between 360 and 410 with an AEG, there is probably a problem with the gun internally. Thats not normal son.

That sucks. I want an amplifier, but I wouldn't use it indoors. The amount of noise the gun makes by itself is enough to make you piss yourself.

One of the reasons I love my Raider. I don't think I'd want the amplifier either, except for looks, cause the noise by itself is awesome.
