Close up on the G36 drum mag. Just twist the case to open the back. Due to the winder taking up so much room I could only use the upper half of the case to fill with bbs.
That's just...wow. Ender, will you marry me if I get dumped by my girlfriend?
Nope.
Oh well. It was worth a shot. Cue the first death threat letters.
I took apart an airsoft gun today. An old Double Eagle M16 a friend picked up a couple years back. I have the motor running of a 1.5 volt C Duracell battery.
WE G36K RAS. This is how it was setup last weekend. [img_thumb]http://img222.imageshack.us/img222/543/dsc0002sq.jpg[/img_thumb] [img_thumb]http://img834.imageshack.us/img834/2896/dsc0003wk.jpg[/img_thumb]
Put a KV stock on that thing, and it'd be awesome.
I kind of like the original stock more, but I can look into the KV. Although I might as well build a G36KV if I go that way. Wouldn't mind having that low profile carry handle. SRC makes this gun already, I just need to get a hold of the parts.
[img_thumb]http://airsoftpro.cz/eshop/images/SRC-GE-0637II.jpg[/img_thumb]
Looks like somebody got rid of the adjustable cheek portion on a SCAR's stock, added an M4 adjust lever, then slapped it onto a G36. I like it.
If you had a full length G36 barrel/handguard onto the KV (Would that just be a G36V or 36EV?) it would be badass. The G36KV is sweet, I really don't like the full carry handle/scope things the regular G36s have.
I just don't like how high profile they are. I like keeping my head low when I aim, using a G36 was really awkward.
yeah and to think instead of a g36 you could get the same thing with more practicality and less plastic they're called m16s oh and the mags are more common [editline]29th December 2010[/editline] except in airsoft that doesn't matter so ye

Not to mention everyone has an AR-15 of some sort. There's a reason for that, but still.
Not to mention everyone has an AR-15 of some sort. There's a reason for that, but still.
Like you just said, there's a reason for that.

Wasn't the skeleton stock a problem with the G36 since it was flimsy?
That's just...wow. Ender, will you marry me if I get dumped by my girlfriend?
You don't have a girlfriend.
You don't have a girlfriend.
Dont start shit.
i want a waifu
Looks like you could bash someone in the head with it. Wasn't the skeleton stock a problem with the G36 since it was flimsy?
skeleton stock works fine for me dunno bout the real steel version but I'm assuming it's sturdier

im the only one that thinks the g36 looks like a plastic box with an ejection port
im the only one that thinks the g36 looks like a plastic box with an ejection port
the g11 is a plastic box without an ejection port :downs:
that is a lie because the g11 uses caseless ammunition
So, after some DIY work that ended with mixed results... Alas, my Echo1 MA6A4, trying to look like a dumbed-down SPR. He gets second banana now, a stock that looks strange on it, and a ghetto workaround for all those dangling wires I had after moving the stock: My true love (in weaponry, anyway), the VFC M4 - now 20% more tacticool carbine with the addition of my Echo1's full stock: Next up we'll see about them RISes. No Stoner is complete without tricked out rails.

Do you have a sling mount between the solid stock and the receiver? That looks like what would be causing the wobble.
without bro without
still wrong cause those caseless cases need to eject somewhere rite???/ :downs:
Eew, don't even try to copy me in making a ghetto-rigged gun.
I had the idea last night when I was going to bed. Your AK wasn't actually on my mind - just figured I'd put one of my useless pouches to work as a makeshift battery bag so my claim about not having worthless attachments would hold true and I could get even more use out of what I had already (and let's face it, dangling wires out the back don't make sense and look stupid).
Do you have a sling mount between the solid stock and the receiver? That looks like what would be causing the wobble.
There's a sling mount on the full stock. Oddly, the M4 has the exact opposite problem that the M15A4 had - while this one is strangely lacking a front sling mount, my M15 is lacking a rear mount. Dunno what you mean though. The sliding back and forth isn't too annoying as far as that goes, except when that one little ring thing close to the receiver slides around and comes out of place. Still not a performance-hindering issue, but slightly irritating.
