Read some of the other ones up here, it'll give you an idea of how to do it.
I'm going to try to get a picture of my P14 up soon. Finally managed to get the orange stuff inside the barrel out after bungling the tip removal when I got it.
Should I get a barrel thread adaptor for it? I'm planning to get a KAC suppressor for my M4, which means my Blackside's only home would be on a pistol - where a .45 suppressor belongs anyway, since the P14 is modeled after a real .45 1911.
The PT92 is a springer (only cause I dont wanna get caught with my pants down [ie. no battery/gas]

That gun is going to go good with your CADPAT, if you're still planning on getting it. Just put on a back up sight or an EOTech and a folding vertical grip it will be just like a C8 with the exception of the rails on the front sight but those aren't for sale to civilians anyway as far as I know.

Yeah, I still plan to get me some CADPAT for summer, it seems like it would work amazingly in NY for the summer. I'll also be using VN Tigerstripe if I can't get my hands on some CADPAT.
I'd liek to either get an ACOG or EOTech for my CM, so I might put it on there so looks if I ever get one.

Looks good deathmog, anyone have some tips for spray painting? Whenever I do it, it seems to not come out how I like it and I think I'm doing it right.

I don't do anything special with my painting, I use 3M painter's tape (the blue kind if you don't know), and I used Krylon camouflage specialty paint (ultra-flat), it's marketed to bond with plastic, so I don't really do sanding unless I really need to. My stuff never comes out PERFECT, and the trick is to take your time, and to not to use TOO much paint. If you want to, do thin layers (hold it slightly further back, but no too far back, maybe a little under a foot). Remember, keep the can moving no matter what, and be careful, you have to because if you aim for something, it can get on another thing from vapors) On the topic of spraying, don't bring it too close, don't have it too far away, and you should be good at about 8 inches away, give or take a few.

What happens when you spray? how do you want it?
I just can never seem to get anything to look smooth and like it was made that color if you know what I mean. When I painted my pistol grip it didn't look like it was made to be green, you could tell it was painted.
Do you have a picture?
If you want it smooth, I guess you could do a few light layers. be careful though, I hear there's a thing called the orange peel effect, where the paint glops together on it's way to the surface, and too close makes a puddle type deal, practice on something easy like a broken springer for practice.
Well I sold it off so I guess I didn't do too bad :v: Should I sand plastic surfaces first?
If you want the paint to stick better, but most of the time I don't because i'm lazy. Lightly sand it.
