Woah, just woke up to the news that Salvador won. Never thought Portugal would win Eurovision ever. And it was without special effects or other fancy shit on the stage, just an awkward guy with a mic.

So, what new memes this year have created?

IMO the most boring song of this year's competition had won, and all of us here can't believe it... The song nearly had us fall asleep! :v:

The Portugese guy put up a simple act, had a good voice that was able to convey the feel and emotion of the song without even speaking English, same for the instrumentation. It just felt authentic and genuine. That's why it won.
