It really depends on what kind of pizza you get/make. You can make a very healthy pizza. One example, instead of sauce, use saulteed mushrooms, onions, pepper, and spices. Use some nice fresh cheeses, and you have yourself a nice healthy pizza! Very tasty too v:v:v

OP is forgetting that places like Pizza hut, school cafeterias, and Dominoes use artificial flavors. They may say that their tomatoes are real, but when I delivered the pizzas, they would take a soup out of the storage freezer and microwave it, to get rid of the ice, then put it in a bowl to heat it up more.
That's when they put it on the bread, which is white bread. Which is horrifically changed from original bread, in fact, bread is not supposed to be white at all. A bleaching process was incorporated into bread making to give flour and the bread it makes a longer shelf life in the grocery store. During the process of bleaching most of the vitamin E antioxidant is lost, as well as the essential wheat germ and bran, which leaves only poor quality proteins and fattening starch. Wheat germ and bran is known to:
Lower cholesterol
Combat colon cancer
Prevent constipation
Help stop strokes
Protect against heart disease
Improve digestion
In addition, the flour is stripped of nutrients including 50% of all calcium, 70% of phosphorus, 80% iron, 98% magnesium, 75% manganese, and 50% potassium.
Then the cheese, which is horrible when it comes to fat. The oils can be dabbed up on the top, but if you want to really eat pizza, the oils, grease, and fat will seep through the tomato sauce into the bread, allowing it to be limp when you eat it. Which is why if you hold a piece of pizza by the crust, it falls down. If you personally made a piece of pizza and correctly cooked cheese by getting rid of as much grease as possible, it would be able to be flat and still taste the same.

Basically, it's like this. Pizza has several enzymes in it that speed up digestion to ridiculous speeds. Eating it all day has made my metabolism peak and my energy levels to rise. I am a physical powerhouse.

Fruits do not neutralize fat. Drinking Diet Coke does not mean you can eat whatever you want. Just because it has a few pieces of pineapple on it doesn't mean that slab of greasy meat and greasy cheese is healthy for you.
