Real pizza is pretty damn healthy, it's just dominoes shit that is bad for you, though it does taste good.

Pizza can be healthy depending on how you cook it and what ingredients you use. But if you're worried about eating healthy, why the fuck are you eating pizza?

Ah... See, no. Where you're wrong is... Well, everywhere. You forgot to see if the ingredients that go into the pizza themselves are healthy. There are many things in every food group that, although existing... Do not necessarily be healthy. Like pizza cheese. It isn't healthy because it's saturated in oils. It's the kind of cheese that clogs your colon for three days.
Pizza is only healthy if it is made from healthy ingredients, and you won't find that at dominoes

You know, vegetables and fruits belong in the same food group, so you don't actually need both.
Way you could improve your pizza to be more healthy ( and probably more tasty ): - Use a whole grain / multi grain crust instead of bleached grains. - Add some veggies on top, peppers and such are good bets. - If you're going to use pepperoni, try turkey pepperoni or something similar. It tastes about the same and is less fatty. - For the love of God, have something to go with it. Don't sit there and eat half a pizza, eat a salad beforehand and add in some fruits / vegetables on the side.
True italian pizza is moderately healthy because they tend not to drench it in oils and they use goat cheese which is fucking delicious but better for you than the typical cheese that they use.
The OP is high, therefore, everything is healthy!!! Maybe if we all just get high all the time we wont gain weight, or raise our cholesterol!!!

Pizza can easily be made healthy. Get a whole wheat crust. Make your own sauce so it isn't loaded with sodium. Use chicken instead of pepperoni. Lots of veggies. And use light cheese since it tastes the same melted anyway. There. Healthy pizza.
