Sure pizza's healthy, except for all the carbs in the dough.
Looks fancy and expensive, but I'm not sure how good smoked salmon is on a pizza... [editline]03:28PM[/editline] If that is salmon I'm looking at.
It looks like Prosciutto di Carpegna
Almost every single type of food has some sort of "healthy" element to it, even if the healthy:unhealthy ratio is like 1:93.
The simple fact that the food can sustain you gives it a healthy element.
Pizza can be healthy. One of my favorite better-for-you varieties is the Kashi brand you can find in the freezer section. WARNING: It tastes like ass if you don't like whole grains and vegetables. Even Pizza Hut can be okay for you if you only have two or three slices and have a salad along with your pizza to fill you up and swap out your soda for an unsweetened tea. I usually go bowling and then eat pizza. Bowling may make me look lame, but meh. I burn enough calories to eat 4 or 5 slices then.
The best thing to do is not worry about calories so damn much, work out regularly, and eat a wide variety of foods to get all the necessary vitamins and minerals.
Well, if you have to eat pizza, the healthiest pizzas are the ones with little bread and cheese. So yeah.
That's like saying fries are healthy because they are made of potatoes. It's stupid. It's how it's cooked. Fries are covered in fatty grease and oil , and coated with salt. That ain't healthy.
OP, if your pizza looks that good in your cafeteria, consider yourself lucky. Where I live, all we got was The Original: Carpet Pizza [img_thumb]http://t0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:Fc58QvrdVrzE7M:http://www.retrojunk.com/img/art-images/schoollunchpizza.jpg&t=1[/img_thumb] That shit is like eating a rectangular piece of cardboard with Chef Boyardee layered on top. As soon as you take a bite, the cheese comes off in one big sheet like the flesh off of a burn ward patient.
I love that kind of pizza, thank you very much. It's crappy in an oddly delicious way. Now we have this stuff called "Big Daddy Pizza" It's good, but not as good as the old crap.
It looks like Prosciutto di Carpegna
Just call it Prosciutto, you sound pretentious. Di Carpegna refers to the hanging slabs of it, also.. not the sliced meat. It's either prosciutto or pancetta. Pita bread is dirt cheap, so is tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese, so those are hardly expensive. You don't need to use prosciutto for that anyways, it's a bit too strongly flavored for a pizza that small.
Looks fancy and expensive, but I'm not sure how good smoked salmon is on a pizza... [editline]03:28PM[/editline] If that is salmon I'm looking at.
that, my dear friend, appears to be bacon or at least it looks like it
It's probably pancetta. It's a lot like bacon but more lean and very thinly sliced.
Oat flour products arent really healthy. (like white bread and pizza bases)
Fuck every asshole who thinks it's a good idea to put pineapple on pizza.
The carpet style pizzas were okay if they were sausage and cooked to the point where the cheese didn't just rip off.
I never had the cheese issue. I was able to just bite through it, the cheese barely stretched. And we never had sausage. Just cheese and pepperoni, unless you mean the breakfast pizzas. Those were also amazing.

Also, yeah, breakfast pizzas are awesome.
Fuck every asshole who thinks it's a good idea to put pineapple on pizza.
What's wrong with the pineapple?
If you make fresh pizza all from scratch from a farm then it'll be healthy.
Many people at my school think that pizza is 100% unhealthy. Here's why they are wrong: The sauce in pizza is from Tomatoes. Vegetables. The pepperoni is from cooked sausage. Meat The crust and the bottom of the pizza is from dough. Grains. The cheese is from, well, cheese. Dairy. The grease is from grease. Oils and fats So in general, pizza has one thing from almost each food group, except fruits, but that can be fixed by adding pineapple or something. Thus, making it healthy. What do you think now? That is healthy.
Pizza can be healthy depending on the topping.
I like how you're not "healthy" unless you're chewing on raw oats, a meat serving the si size of your thumb nail, and drinking water straight from a mountain spring. Eat what you eat, and then be active.
Fat is also healthy. Fat comes from animals and animals eats fruits and other healthy foods. = It's healthy. /threadlogic.
You don't seem to understand what fat is. It comes from the unhealthy parts of the food, sugar and stuff. You're a dumb-ass.
Don't forget fruit when you order pizza. A good pineapple pizza hits the spot.
Pineapple pizza is the BEST for cold breakfast pizza.
Pineapple pizza is the BEST for cold breakfast pizza.
Dude. Pineapple ruins pizza. Besides, everyone knows pepperoni is the best cold pizza.
I'm eating Pizza right now, and all I care about it, is that it's delicious.
It looks like Prosciutto di Carpegna
That doesn't sound any cheaper than salmon lol.

I like the way you think OP.
Basically, it's like this. Pizza has several enzymes in it that speed up digestion to ridiculous speeds. Eating it all day has made my metabolism peak and my energy levels to rise. I am a physical powerhouse.
Nice bro! Im on the pizza diet too, it's great, I haven't felt this good in years TBQH.
