I remember one time when I was like 13 I broke out all of my tubs upon tubs of Legos and built something that looked like the Titanic. The only problem was it didn't float and it began to fall apart because one side was heavier than the other.

But yeah, I tried to make a car with this. the problem is I haven't a shit of a clue how to attach wheels to the axles.
I remember this from when it first came out. The pieces were extremely limited and it was expensive as a motherfucker. (I mean even than Lego usually was)
Um this is stupid. Half the fun was digging through the box for an hour in order to find that one piece.

I love these. I recently gave my old box of them to my little brother though and not much has been seen of them since. I wish I could get a massive box of assorted pieces real cheap.

That and you can't stick things on your shelves when you build them, only to realize that you needed the pieces for something else. I've still got a bunch f lego things sitting on shelves at my mom's house from when I was in junior high and played with them nonstop.
I kind of like them, I feel like it's some sort of portrait of my personality frozen in time, the sort of things anthropologists from the future would find and put in textbooks.

Then you figure out you were sitting on it.
The only issue I have with LDD is that it's not quite as flexible as I'd like it to be. There are some times when I want to rotate a piece just so and it's all like, NOPE CAN'T HAPPEN EVER, DEFIES THE LAWS OF PHYSICS when there's plenty of space to complete the turn.

My mom works in a self storage place, when people don't pay their bills (which is just about everyone) we get most of the stuff in it.
I just got the biggest tub of lego's i've ever seen, over christmas break. I keep the bucket OPEN in my closet. I play with them for around 10 minutes or so everyday.
I recently built a butterfly knife, weighted correctly for tricks. (using LEGO pieces, not those bionicle hole'd parts.)
I wonder how many of those little studs I swallowed while building legos :v:
