looks..
generic :\
maybe that's what you are aiming for though
if you use it right im sure it will be a good first army tho
That's a really pointy spoon... You should cut off the top black pixel and make it more rounded.
The shadow in the spoon should also be moved over one pixel I think to make the edges a little less thick looking...
And what kinda gun is that? A shotgun that takes a magazine fed in from the top? Looks really weird.
The gun is fucked. I know.. XD It's aimed upwards.
And the spoon will be fixed.
And I am going for Generic.. unless you want me to make like uber pwnzorz leet hax lazr weapons.

My first, incredibly crappy version of my latest army.

A race of creatures that have only just recently reached the early stages of civilisation. They have survived natural selection in their environments by use of two of their main attributes:
1) Their incredible speed, reflexes, hand-eye co-ordination and acrobatic skill
2) Great cardio-vascular ability and muscular endurance
3) Their capacity for complex thought, using clever means like traps and ambushes to catch their prey.
Despite these advantages of speed and mind, their weaknesses include:
1) Their fragile structure (aside from their feet, legs and hands)
2) Very low body weight (also an advantage)
3) Lack of skill at fighting.
Their lack of fighting ability steams mainly from their lack of strength in their upper bodies (especially when compared to their lower body) and their cultural belief that battles should be fought with the mind and not with the body.
Because of this belief, their style of combat relies heavily on tricks, ambushes and deceit. Often they will plan ahead and lure their enemies into a mechanical trap. Other times, they will use things like hallucinogens and perception-altering weapons to confuse their enemy. Another method of attacks they use is to draw the enemy straight into the midst of a group of them, planning their ambush so that as little combat as necessary takes place.

Reeeeaaaallly need help on this. trying to make them look fairly thin. The whole point is that they don't weigh very much and move fast.
2px for thin, I guess...
Use 2-3px for legs, and 2 for arms.
Try doing a 3/4 view, no a 1/2 view. Don't make something flat as paper, make it somewhat "2-and-a-half-d" as it's called in Doom
