yes but there should be an octave shift button to allow you to move to higher and lower octaves
damn fucking right
bit complicating compared to subtractive and additive though
I'm looking at buying a drummachine atm. Just having some trouble with deciding between the Jomox Airbase 99 or a Novation Drumstation (V2 most likely). Found 'em both for a reasonable and similar price.
Anyone happen to have one of these?
I bought this at a pawn shop for 25 dollars.

I really don't know what to do. I've been looking for programs that allow me to play instruments and stuff from it, but most of the ones I am finding aren't too great.

That's a midi controller, designed for sending midi data to standalone synth modules and digital audio workstations. It produces no sound on its own.
If you got a midi-to-usb plug, swing by KRV Audio for all your virtual instrument/digital audio workstation needs so you can put that thing to good use. Look at the ranks page to look for effects, instruments, and host programs. I highly recommend getting Synth1, which does a great job at emulating Nord sounds.
I tried to have sex with a minimoog once
SH-201 is my Favourite synth ever.
EVER.
I want it! but I spent all my money on a kaossilator!

I have one of those, I bought a synthesizer at the same time. I got a MicroKorg, great analogue features. Brilliant little synth, would reccommend. And the Kaossilator is just the coolest thing on the planet.
i want a synth so bad but they're so damn expensive :(

They are. Without one, my home made music would suffer.
