Breakdance, than you can use your moves in the battlefield. Trust me, it works.

Spend this time practicing your marksmanship. Strength won't do anything if you can't shoot for shit. Work on that endurance too.

You need to get your heart rate up, situps and pushups don't do this, unless you're really unfit. Go for a run, head to the beach, have a swim, then run along the beach.
Everyday go for a run around the neighborhood and start eating healthy. Time your self and set higher goals to beat.
Join the real military or train till your old enough you pussy instead of playing pretend.
Maybe start playing a real sport. Christ.
People still play paintball/airsoft seriously? Last time I played them was several years ago, and even then it felt silly running around with fake guns. Of course, it was funny when someone got shot in the face or something. None of us wore padding or masks because we were idiots.

With all the running, gear weight, and climbing (Urban warfare) you get fit. Every time I come back from a match or recon, I feel fit, energized, and ready to work.
Calf and thigh workouts make a big difference when running. Combine constant leg exercise with cardio and you can maintain a good lower body. Calf raises and leg presses are really satisfying after a few sets and you can feel the difference. Muscular legs are also a standard if you want long distance running laid down.
ITT OP equates fitness to the appearance of abs. You could have at least shown a topless photo (Rate me gaybows) if muscular growth is what you're so concerned about. You don't need that much muscle for paintball, regardless of your gay melee rules and such. Stamina is still what you need the most of. Despite being an occasional smoker, the worst eater on my team, and the only guy that doesn't hit the gym every single day of the week, I'm still considered the best (Or better) player because 1) I actually use tactics and common sense, 2) I didn't trick out my gun with a tonne of worthless mods (Stock, red-dot, flatline, all you need), and 3) I jog 5 miles a day twice a week. By the end of the day I'm the only one who still has the energy to go to the gym afterwards. You only have two months. You won't make any noticeable or worthwhile gains at the gym for muscle in that time, although it doesn't hurt to do so anyway. Concentrate on running. Besides, everyone knows Commando Pro + Lightweight + Marathon is the best.
