So after explaining my parents what I was planning to do (Yes I am quite the gullible twat) my mother went from sweet lady to scared shitless that thought that all hell would break loose if i'd do that prank.
But it seems like lady fortune was all too kind to spare me that suffering that would've been upon if I had done the prank.
My dad went to the police station and after he explained everything the cop told him that she could be arrested in 5 minutes if my dad wanted to, my dad didn't want simpleton husband to be screwed so he didn't want to take such drastic measurements. The cop that my dad talked to did make a compromise, the compromise means that he will send a neighbourhood cop to my neighbour's house to ask what the hell she was thinking and if she could act like a mature woman. Fingers crossed that she will flip out and she will get her face smashed into the pavement while she is being cuffed.

A lot has happened after all that.
She abused her mentally handicapped son so that she could get the money on his account, a friend of hers came and saw her slap the kid and she threatened to beat her up if she wouldn't stop abusing the kid. Neighbour grabbed a knife and pointed it at the friend, the friend slapped her head and stomped her into the wall 3 times.
That resulted into the son being taken away from her and she will never see a dime of the guy's account, they also called the police and made a report about it. If wikipedia is correct this means she got 15000 euros worth of fines.
And the icing on the cake, on night the ambulance came and she was submitted for 5 days. The most peaceful week ever. Turns out she became skinny boomer because she stopped eating and she was killing herself.
With the WK going on I'm planning to explode a huge party cylinder that spreads all kind of shit in their yard.
When ill get my new cellphone in July ill be trying to get some footage of wacky bitch.

i had a simmular problem
we had this bitch neightbor who lived below us (apartments)
and one day im sitting on the balcony watching movies on my laptop and i see here scratching our fucking mercedes, i shout "What in the hell are you doing " and she looks up at me startled and says "nothin".
next day when it got dark me and a friend started scratching her ENTIRE CAR and then threw mud at he windows (wet mud ).
the next day cops arrived but she cant prove anything . after that shte settled down a little.
op what you should do is:
buy some bees (or get some) , put em in a jar , open the jar when her window is open and leave it on the window so they get in.
Buy some cockroaches and unleash them in her bathroom or bedroom.
