Most vegan restaurants taste fuckin terrible. I mean, there are few times its been good, but its pricey af and the food is bland af usually.

Too many people react with a kneejerk aversive response anytime vegan or vegetarianism is brought up that they can't even begin to consider the merits of such diets. Frankly I think such people are so stupid and close-minded that it's embarrassing.

I know a few vegans and none of them are obnoxious. But the obnoxious ones really do give vegans a terrible name. My campus has a long footbridge (80 meters long) that goes over a busy avenue and connects the central campus to the busiest bus stop. Most students go over this narrow-ass bridge several times a day, so it's an extremely common location to put up posters and stuff. A few weeks ago, a bunch of fuckin vegans came in in the wee hours of the morning and absolutely covered every available surface of the bridge with vegan stuff written in sidewalk chalk. Stuff that legitimately made me cringe every time I walked across it, like MEAT IS MURDER, VEGANS ARE SEXY and WATCH BLACKFISH ON NETFLIX (yes really, and that phrase is burned into my brain now) I wish I'd taken pictures. It was weird. Anyway, don't be obnoxious.
