all I said was fluoride is a neurotoxin then everyone else jumped in like “yeah so what ur wrong actually it isn’t that big of a deal so ur wrong” whats the fallacy moving the goal post?
Is fluoride making me have hallucinations about you arguing that water fluoridation practices are harmful and unnecessary? your first line was
What? You're the one moving the goalposts rofl. You said tap water was harming us because of flouride and it did this and that when none of that was correct, so you fallback on the literally only statement that was TECHNICALLY correct to go "nuh uh im still right" while ignoring the entire essence of the rest of your post. Just owe up and admit you were wrong dude.
yeah? unfiltered water contains fluoride which is a neurotoxin which is harmful? ???
Harmful* *in very high concentrations and doses. Kind of like how water is harmful.
Your original point was that drinking fluoridated tap water was dangerous. You are demonstrably wrong.
prove it
You keep making me edge by making me think you were gonna actually defend a position smh
i did? you're really making me think
Incorrect, https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/new-study-officially-declare-fluoride-neurotoxin/ Even if fluoride was a neurotoxin, we've already explained to you that neurotoxins in small concentrations are actually naturally produced by the body. Fluoride in water is at an extremely low concentration in first-world tap water. Filtering that kind of stuff out of your blood is, you know, what your liver is for.
it's spelt flUOrine not flOUrine fuck's sake people
Going on holiday abroad is a meme Why would I pay £500 to travel somewhere just to eat and drink when I can do that here for free It's just so chavs can mug people off without worrying about them coming back with their mates Imagine how it would feel to spend all that time saving up and planning a holiday and when you get there it's filled with scouse wums
There are way more things to do than just eat and drink abroad. For example, you could go to the Czech republic and get wasted in a pub, or you could travel the countryside and visit castles all over the country, meet all sorts of different people and learn their culture.
What kind of boring holidays do you plan?
I get uncontrollably irate when people start sentences with "so", especially immediately before an explanation. It sounds so obnoxiously condescending.
Starting your sentence with "I mean" when you have nothing to clarify seems really silly to me.
I can do that stuff here though I don't plan my holidays, to me they are just a week I don't have to spend stressing over work
You can visit Czech castles, meet Czech people and learn their culture in the UK? Doubt it.
I'm finding it quite hard to get passionate about Czech castles to be honest with you. There are also plenty of different cultures in the UK, I work with a Bulgarian and a Polish bloke, to start with. You can call me closed minded but I don't think I'm getting my money's worth just to see a different culture.
Trying going out of Europe then. It'll feel like another world. Getting to meet locals, trying local food, seeing the exotic locations and environment is all the fun of traveling. The first time I went to UK, I couldn't stop being happy and excited at the airport. It felt like I hit a lifelong dream.

surely you do SOME degree of planning, or do you just show up at the airport without a ticket and arrive at your destination without a place to stay? spend 5 more minutes online, and you'll find there's a ton of shit to do on holiday, dude. the only reason you're doing the same stuff that you can do at home, is because you don't wanna bother planning anything but what you do at home

"so" and "I mean" and their ilk are just filler words, there's nothing wrong with using them if you type the way your inner voice speaks.
It was just an example. Foreigners in your country do not represent a country's culture.
while I wouldn't mind this when they're actually speaking, when you're writing you can go back and correct things. That's the one thing writing is better at than speaking: you have more time to think and say things properly
Go watch some of Anthony bourdain's shows. He opened me up to a whole new world, and hopefully he does to you as well https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ysYGCtGYGdc
Having grown up and visited numerous countries in my young life, experiencing various cultures, delicacies, and people can change your perspective on life and the world as a whole. It's an entirely different experience from seeing something on TV or the computer to being there in person. Sometimes it's just good to get away from the lifestyle you live to experience something new and different.
Everyone finds it necessary to douse their hotdogs with every condiment ever made. Plain with mustard is all I need.
