I loved Jumnaji as a kid, but it doesn't hold up well. Same thing with Goonies.
There is no such thing as a trustworthy government
anything with death growls/screams is an aquired taste, once you get past those sort of vocals theyre just rhe same as any other band
I'm not a huge fan of Death Metal, but I think Chris Barnes has really nice vocals.
i'm gonna get murdered for this one: when i was a kid i never watched samurai jack because i thought it looked super lame
I think it looks weird when already tall women wear heels.
i'm gonna get murdered for this one: when i was a kid i never watched samurai jack because i thought it looked super lame
you should change that man, its a fantastic show kids do dumb things i dont think anyone is gonna shit on you for not watching it as a kid
I think it looks weird when already tall women wear heels.
Speaking of tall women, they're awesome and if you're a dude who has issues with his girlfriend being taller than you, stop being such a fucking idiot.
you should change that man, its a fantastic show kids do dumb things i dont think anyone is gonna shit on you for not watching it as a kid
I dont even know what it is to this day
I dont even know what it is to this day
what samurai jack is? it's a show that was on cartoon network/toonami during the mid 2000's. very stylish, often light on dialogue opting more for atmosphere, great villain, came back this year fopr a closing season
i'm gonna get murdered for this one: when i was a kid i never watched samurai jack because i thought it looked super lame
I was the same. The art style and general animation of the show made it look much lower quality than it was. It wasn't until years later that I realized [sp]kid me was right and Samurai Jack was okay at the very best[/sp]
Speaking of tall women, they're awesome and if you're a dude who has issues with his girlfriend being taller than you, stop being such a fucking idiot.
Damn dude chill, really tall people in general are oddities and if he is insecure about his height there's no reason to berate him for it Women are generally shorter, so having a really tall woman get even taller can just be a bit weird
Damn dude chill, really tall people in general are oddities and if he is insecure about his height there's no reason to berate him for it
I don't think he was talking about anybody in particular.
On the topic of the middle east, I can't help but wonder if the end result will lead to a rise in a technocratic government where religion is banned and scientists are the law. Honestly, i feel like the best solution to mitigate conflict in the middle east is to impose a technocratic government. I'd disagree with the "ban religion" part, though a focus on science would probably lead to less conflict in that region.
That's not going to happen anywhere and especially not in the middle east. A lack of science is not the problem here, the problem is that there's a huge amount of blowback from the artificial borders that were drawn up by the British and French. The current conflicts in the middle east are the borders going back to a "natural" state.
Reddit is a pretty cool place. To add onto this: how upvotes work isn't completely shitty and does have its place. While for some sorts of threads, it's annoying, but there's one sub in particular that I love because of it. R/AskHistorians. Pretty much all the actually useful answers get sorted to the top, and the rest you never have to lay eyes on. Basically in that case it makes it a lot easier to find helpful and informative answers and not have to sift through garbage to find one.
Looking at the popular music in Canada, a part of me thinks that Love Love Peace Peace would unironically be an important lesson for Canadian pop musicians
Reddit's design on desktop is disgusting and I hate it. It's only slightly better on mobile.
I like watching sports. Particularly baseball.
I like watching sports. Particularly baseball.
are you some kind of nerd or something
I like watching sports. Particularly baseball.
Baseball was the only thing I got invested in as a kid. I still watch it and if I'm lucky I'll go to a NBA game when the ticket's aren't expensive as hell.
Beyond Good and Evil will have very big graphical cutdowns come release and might even be a bit shit [editline]30th June 2017[/editline]
Whenever I try to explain the smell of weed to someone, I'm at a loss for words.
Pineneedles thats the smell isn't it?
I can only really get into motorsports, but I'll watch some hockey too. Baseball is only fun to watch if you're at the game.
I think playing sports (casually with some friends) is infinitely funner than watching other people do it.
Same with video games
Having cold balls is better than having very hot sweaty balls
I don't like boxers. They are too loose.
I don't like boxers. They are too loose.
boxer briefs >>>
I don't like boxers. They are too loose.
do you know about sizes
I don't wear anything
I just shed my skin every night
If you wear clothing dont speak to me tbh
i'm gonna get murdered for this one: when i was a kid i never watched samurai jack because i thought it looked super lame
Same, I tried watching it again before season 5 but I still wasn't into it. I really liked the focus on atmosphere and straight action at first but it gets boring after a while because there's no overarching story so it never feels like Jack's getting anywhere or accomplishing anything.
