H3H3's move from comedy to youtube drama might have been needed for their channel to survive but their videos have gotten a lot worse since then. For example, the whole Jake Paul thing. One video was enough but they keep on making videos about this guy because it's a cash cow.
I seriously doubt that anything will come of the supposed Trump collusion, and I also doubt the democrats will fare well in any manner come 2018 and 2020. The opposition is too busy patting itself on the back and sucking its own farts out of its ass to put up a legitimate fight, and any time they do, they point fingers over who's the most socially minded of them all
The new Crash Bandicoot game is piss easy
The new Crash Bandicoot game is piss easy
I had a hard time trying to get the depth perception of even the FIRST LEVEL
I think society glorifies sex too much, and is way too obsessed with it
i think dazzgrace means sex as a social construct; not the act of having sex but glorifying the act if having had sex as if its an achievement or reputable goal
yeah that, i worded it poorly
I think society glorifies sex too much, and is way too obsessed with it
It's odd how taboo it is too in society at the same time.
It's odd how taboo it is too in society at the same time.
like how american society seems a lot more fine showing kids a decapitation rather than a blowjob
It's odd how taboo it is too in society at the same time.
Seems to be the difference between sexualization and sexuality. The former of which we love, the latter is EEK.
Seems to be the difference between sexualization and sexuality. The former of which we love, the latter is EEK.
One of my favorite quotes is still someone who said that the thing Americans are most afraid of is your own genitalia.
TF2 is garbage and god damn dead, and the people oh-so eagerly waiting for updates still are in deep denial. Or they are just insane.
I like Amusement/Theme Parks and the rides within them, I dunno why there are people who insist they all suck or are completely unsafe though when they invest tons of money into the rides at these parks to make sure they all operate correctly and safely for the most part. Safety is a pretty big concern with anything going at incredible speeds or angles of course, but I dont understand why people wouldn't think these companies care about that at all and just think they're all shoddily made and dangerous. [editline]27th July 2017[/editline]
It's odd how taboo it is too in society at the same time.
I think this is the bigger issue, society contradicts itself alot on the matter but in all honesty i see more people being shamed or judged negatively because of their sexual interests or preferences than people embracing them without issue.
sorry if this is another "HL2 is overrated" ordeal where it has been said countless times before(idk since I never visit this thread), but western AAA games are painfully boring mediocrities with very few exceptions(Doom) instead of having strong gameplay they mostly focus on boring junk for the sake of marketing strength(top tier graphics, non interactive/point'n'click cinematic bullshit, open world, countless stuffs and things to do!!! etcetc) that add literally nothing to gameplay, it just sounds and looks good when they're selling it to the masses indie and japanese games are the only saving grace of the industry otherwise I wouldn't even bother disclaimer: it is getting better tho, this year is better than the last and overall it's much better than the shitty reboots and gritty realism era of ps3 it's still pretty fucking bad tho and fuck everything about uncharted, haven't tried the latest one but I highly doubt I won't despise it also on a different note lil peep is the future
TF2 is garbage and god damn dead, and the people oh-so eagerly waiting for updates still are in deep denial. Or they are just insane.
I get a kick out of occasionally looking at how much metal keys are worth. The current economy is a fucking joke. If I paid $2.49 for a key so I could buy earbuds, I would be overpaying. When I first saw that, I was tempted to spend $10 on picking out a couple of cosmetics I really wanted when I was a kid who couldn't afford them, but then I remembered why I sold all my shit for real money and used it to buy Dead Rising 3 when that came out: the game was broken, not fun anymore, and the aspect of it that the developers and community at large were focusing on was steadily in decline. It just feels so fucking convoluted at this point, and I wish I could go back to Team Fortress Classic. That game didn't need cosmetics and updates to pull me in, it had plenty of community content and, before Team Fortress 2, an actual community.
TF2 is garbage and god damn dead, and the people oh-so eagerly waiting for updates still are in deep denial. Or they are just insane.
I really dont see this game being supported in the next 2 years
I think society glorifies sex too much, and is way too obsessed with it
I think (North American) society is obsessed with the superficial idea of sex. Actual sex itself is still a very taboo topic.
Here comes another: Donkey Kong Country is not really so good. I don't like either 1 or 2, but I like 3 probably due to nostalgia.
Dark Souls 2 > Dark Souls 1 > Dark Souls 3 Bloodborne is best but I don't really consider it a "Souls" game and more of its own beast entirely
TF2 is garbage and god damn dead, and the people oh-so eagerly waiting for updates still are in deep denial. Or they are just insane.
the drama that happens in a thread about updates for a game that hasn't been relevent for a long time is funny tho
TF2 was at its height when idle servers were a thing
Dark Souls 2 > Dark Souls 1 > Dark Souls 3 Bloodborne is best but I don't really consider it a "Souls" game and more of its own beast entirely
I honestly think BB is kinda overrated. Don't get me wrong, I think the game is still great and played through it multiple times, I just never got the same love for it that a lot of people do. Also, I would still consider it a "Souls" game since it's still a From game and has a lot of the same mechanics and game feel as the others, imo.
Linux and its community fucking sucks everybody proclaims it as the only acceptable OS, and "it's so easy now, your grandma can do it," but when you ask what distro to use it's always "lmao get arch," the distro without a goddamn installer it's this stupid "x mustard race" kind of shit community that keeps popping up where they're hyper focused on "converting" others to their side of the fence and yet they're insufferably elitist which drives people away I've spent all day today trying to install debian stable to replace Ubuntu, which I'm trying to leave because of weird, hard-to-diagnose system suspend issues that I've never been able to fix, but fuck me, right, because I have a laptop that's a year old and has a wireless card with firmware that doesn't seem to exist in any official or unofficial package because it's too new or some garbage. Not to mention that the live install has a known issue where it segfaults every ten seconds on the login screen. This is not stable or mature software and it's essentially unusable for non-power users and I am by no means a power user and the worst part is, I can't even switch back to Windows on this laptop because it doesn't powermanage and the battery drains in an hour, meanwhile it lasts four to five on ubuntu fuck linux
so how many threads are gonna copy paste that into and what community? facepunch? reddit? 4chan? the ubuntu forums? I sure as hell don't proclaim it as the only acceptable OS. You're playing russian roulette installing it on a laptop, most manufacturers are cunts with their hardware and there's not much the free software community can do in that case besides agonizing reverse engineering. Not because it's too new, if companies are cooperative drivers will often be in the kernel before the hardware even releases.
Ubisoft should just sell Might & Magic to Bethesda. It's completely useless to them, and the worst case scenario is "Dark Messiah 2 announced"
Here comes another: Donkey Kong Country is not really so good. I don't like either 1 or 2, but I like 3 probably due to nostalgia.
I'd agree on DKC1 since it was the first entry in the series and had some issues. DKC2 and DKC3 were both really good games though. And the revived series is merely okay. Strays too far from what made DKC2/3 good in my opinion.
There is a strong discrimination between Mexican-Americans towards actual Mexicans that nobody ever talks about and is often a very underrated topic. Mexicans who live in the US are more racists towards Mexicans than people who are native from the US. From little things like pretending to not know how to speak spanish when meeting actual mexicans to outright looking at them down even when they travel to the US legally.
This is very true. I remember hearing shit like "chents" or however you spell it used by spanish people against other spanish people that dont speak english as well or act more "hispanic" then them. Its really fucking retarded. I never understood why my spanish friends will act that way towards their own kind. Its almost likely they do it to try not to look like a "chent" themselves.
Speaking of Donkey Kong Country. The first two games (the only ones I've played) are ugly ass games. People go on about how good they look because they turned 3D models into sprites. They're certainly high quality assets, I just think the general art style is ugly as sin, and the complete lack of shading makes it look like the characters are just gliding around the screen. They're fun games but they're not pretty in the slightest to me.
I don't mind the good ol' Bethesda game trait of only having like 3 voice actors. It gives them character and a sense of familiarity. Even when I'm doing a quest I've never done before, I'll talk to someone and go "Oh hey, it's gruff low-pitched male guy used for buff characters! I know him!" Better yet when it's someone like Stephen Russel and he's introduced as a main plot character in FO4 and I recognize him from every time I've done the Thieves' Guild questline or stopped into Belethor's to sell off some Dragon Bones in Skyrim. I like familiar voice actors, it makes the environment around me feel more familiar despite being completely new.
the first game is totally eclipsed by the 2nd and 3rd one i feel i never understood the hate on the 3rd game, like fair enough if you preferred 2 over it but i have no idea in what way 3 didnt do that 2 did. 3 ticked all the boxes and added a far nicer overworld to navigate, and the aesthetic of the different areas was far nicer [editline]29th July 2017[/editline] to me the 2nd game is the first game done better, wheras 3 has more of a flair of individuality and has its own identity
The general consensus is that DKC2 has better level design which I'd mostly agree with. DKC3 has a wider range of neat stuff though and the level design isn't exactly lacking. Though at times some of the levels can get a bit confusing later in the game where there's some fairly open ones. Personally DKC3 is my favorite, though I enjoy both quite a lot.
To me DKC3 is the prettiest out of all the DKC games there are. I just really love the aesthetics of some of the levels.
