dude you fucking called us trannies at the start of your initial post. you literally are shitting all over every transgender person by intentionally using a slur. makes it really hard to actually take anything you have to say into account when presenting an argument, and after that impression I'm really not surprised by all the bullshit you typed cause caitlyn jenner represents every single transperson ever
Hey man calm the fuck down I didnt knew trannys was a slur. [editline]2nd August 2017[/editline] Im sorry. Honestly. [editline]2nd August 2017[/editline]
I can see that go away is if medicine advances to the point where the mind-body dissonance can be resolved at a young age.
It depends what you mean by young age? I dont think kids under 18 should be getting sex changes or taking hormones.
Hey man calm the fuck down I didnt knew trannys was a slur.
lol what I thought it was like common sense that tranny is a slur it's like saying that you didn't know faggot was either or w/e
lol what I thought it was like common sense that tranny is a slur it's like saying that you didn't know faggot was either or w/e
Is this common place everywhere? I know some that call themselves trannies I didnt knew it was a slur. Sorry if I offended anybody. [editline]2nd August 2017[/editline]
I think you really need to use google and watch some documentaries on this. You're only going to keep on digging this hole you've dug yourself in.
Yeah. I concede my argument.
Honestly Sky, its fine you having your own views and all but everything I've seen so far is both misinformed and actually offensive. Transgender covers a massive range of people and to me personally, it really only represents those who do have actual Dysphoria but legally, it covers a fuckload. The next thing is, Dysphoria is actually credited as a medical illness in the US and I would have thought you'd have known this. Next "tranny" has been a derogatory term for a long time, much like how faggot has been for anyone who is homosexual, additionally it is more closely associated with transvestites and not transexuals, which also brings up the next point, transvestites actually don't see it as an insult in most cases as its just an abbreviation but when you know the differences between transvestites and transexuals you can see why its an insult to other. Now back to the topic on hand, I really fucking hate raw tomatoes, they trigger my gag reflex something awful.
While we're on tomatoes fuck tomato chunks in sauce.
Marmite is fantastic. People who don't like it eat it wrong; slathering it everywhere like it's chocolate spread.
Marmite is fantastic. People who don't like it eat it wrong; slathering it everywhere like it's chocolate spread.
Thin layer on toast with some strawberry jam, it really goes together.
I don't get the Facepunchers who make a big deal of people who talk in an elaborate manner. Usually people here don't care much about form, don't asininely correct spelling or grammar mistakes or complain about lack of caps, but whenever someone starts using fancy words the thread derails from whatever the point was to criticizing said posters lexicon. That happened to me several times, especially in the early years. Apparently people assume you're being haughty and don't realize that if your main language is Latin-based, you're going to default to Latin-based words which sound more sophisticated in English. That choice of words isn't due to a misplaced feeling of superiority, on the contrary it results from a lack of proficiency.
While we're on tomatoes fuck tomato chunks in sauce.
On the topic of tomatoes in stuff: finely blended salsa>chunky salsa. It's easier to eat and has a much nicer consistency. Don't have to worry about chips breaking and shit to actually get bits of the stuff on them, and there's no tomato resistance on my chip. I don't care if it seems more manufactured, if I had a blender and I was making salsa I guarantee I'd blend it.
I'm just happy that FP has slowly been moving away from the "im typing in all lowercase with no punctuation so it makes it look like i dont give a shit lol" method of typing that was popular awhile ago.
i didnt read that what u mean its too long :tried:
Well this is a very unpopular opinion for this site: I believe trannys are mentally ill.
Opinions stop being opinions when they're factually wrong. Which you are in this case. Being transgender is a physical issue and not a psychological one. Now the depression and gender dysphoria that frequently accompany being transgender, those are mental illnesses.
that's actually a good way of putting it
Chopin was a better composer than Liszt, and would've far surpassed Liszt if he had lived to the same age.
Beer is awful
I don't get the shitfit people throw about funko pops. they look uninspired at most
I haven't had anyone really criticizing the way I write/speak, but I can feel your pain. However, I learnt my English from games, movies and TV shows so I default to words that I learnt from those. It's easier to suppress them when writing but if I were to speak face to face with someone, I would unironically use words like "bothersome", "charade" and "fool" (along with similar idioms) instead of the more common substitutes. I have the vocabulary of a 90s cartoon villain.
The only issue I have with this kind of vocabulary is that like 9 times out of 10 when I meet someone who talks a little more eloquently, they tend to sneer when other people don't. Like I have a decent vocabulary but sometimes I'm just fuckin lazy as shit so I'm like w/e since I don't have to bust out my articulation to get a point across I'm cool with people who just like to talk with certain types of words n' stuff like that's cool. Just becomes a problem when they start equating people who don't wanna talk like that to idiots. Not that you do that lol but in my personal experience with some people I know, it can get real tiring.

I commonly have issues remembering the word (it's infuriating as hell when it happens too, lol) I want to use so I'll end up using one that's more eloquent instead which would come across badly to someone who assumes that people being eloquent are just trying to come across as better than others.
It's a case by case basis with me obvs. Just that the people I've met personally tend to be more obnoxious than not. Which sucks cuz I'm sure there's a lot of people who articulate more and are just fine.
Sure it might be weird that circumcision is as common as it is in America, but I don't see why it's such a major issue.
Sure it might be weird that circumcision is as common as it is in America, but I don't see why it's such a major issue.
Parents are cutting off a part of your body without your consent. Or even the idea, given that you generally still have pretty much no awareness at that point.
Sure it might be weird that circumcision is as common as it is in America, but I don't see why it's such a major issue.
Because it's making a permanent decision that should be left to the person being circumcised when they become of age. It's not like piercing a baby's ears where all they have to do is take them out and the hole will eventually close up, once it's gone, it's gone. [editline]a[/editline] The key word here is permanent. Unless it's done for medical reasons, I don't think parents should be permanently changing physical characteristics of their children. [editline]a[/editline] Frankly, I don't even like when babies get their ears pierced, but it's a better situation that circumcision.
Sure it might be weird that circumcision is as common as it is in America, but I don't see why it's such a major issue.
Would you find female genital mutilation acceptable too?
as a circumcised person why the fuck do people care so much i don't get it
i hate sleeping
as a circumcised person why the fuck do people care so much i don't get it
because it's usually done to children with the choice being made by their parents there's nothing wrong with being circumcised, but you should always have power over your own body yourself, unless it's for medical reasons
Most people on discord channels are just a bunch of unfunny meme spammers
I don't get why so many people are against race/gender/sexuality swapping comic book characters. And you can't argue with any of these people, they are always right.
I don't get why so many people are against race/gender/sexuality swapping comic book characters.
as a circumcised person why the fuck do people care so much i don't get it
You're not the only circumcised person in the world, and not all of them feel that way.
I don't get why so many people are against race/gender/sexuality swapping comic book characters. Half the time, it's supposedly stifling creativity by forcing politics into something and not letting creators do as they wish. The other half, it's the fans who end up forcing politics into it and chastising creators for doing as they wish. It's a fucking joke
