Spore was actually a good game. It just didn't live up to its true potential.

When I first played spore it blew my mind, later on when I learned of how basically 50% of the game was cut/changed it really disappointed me.
Wish i could find a source for the first stage being a tetris like where you build your dna and if you mess up it causes problems for the rest of the game, sounds really fun.

It's definitely worth one playthrough imo

good lord I had no idea fuck them.
I hate it, because when people ask me what party I'm with I never know what to say. Firstly, that's not something you go around asking people - to me it's like asking who you voted for or what salary you make. And secondly, I don't feel like any party 100% represents my views. When it comes to abortions i'm on the left side, when it comes to guns i'm on the right side, and some would say "oh you must be a libertarian" but like dude, I like roads and public schools. I really don't like how people get dragged into or bundled into a political party and then start adopting that parties views 100% as some "all or nothing" follower. People seem to forget that you can have views that differ from your main selected party...
What on earth is the matter with a ski g people what they earn and who they voted for?

On the plus side, you're probably the first I've seen in this thread to post an actually unpopular opinion, as evident by the ratings.

I thought it wasn't since people complain about wikia being bad and it seemingly has taken over every wiki.

It's basically a choice between two fairly shitty services really. Gamepedia has awful business practices while Wikia is infested with ads and actively tries to impact your user experience negatively if you block them.
The Brothers Chaps should crowdfund a Limozeen animated series
Dualshock 4 >>>>>>>> Xbone controller
The dome-shaped xbox face buttons are horrible and the triggers are pure trash.
Okay yeah following u so far
what the fuck
The Xbox triggers are so light and have no tactility whatsoever, they have a completely linear force curve and it feels terrible.

I like the Xbox's triggers but the bumpers suck dick
DS4's are much nicer
I'm actually torn bewteen getting a DS4 or Xbox One pad (the white ones) once my 360's dies, my current XO's RB fails to register clicks half the time
The XBOX one controller is my favorite controller I've ever used
Both the DS4 and XBone controller are both really nice honestly, cant go wrong with either of em
I feel like which one you get comes down to preference/hand size

With EA's DRM practice at the time that's probably all I'll get unless they removed it from the GOG version.
The northern part of Mexico would be way better if it was independent from the central and south part and had its own government.
Jurassic Bark isn't even in the top 10 Futurama episodes
The Late Phillip J. Fry, Luck Of The Fryish, the one with his mom, The Sting, and all three of the finales are all way more touching/compelling
Luck of the Fryrish is my personal favorite.

I like Futurama, but it gets a bit samey whenever they did a "dramatic" episode they has the same sort of flashbacks, like the common cold one, luck of the fryish, probably more I can't think of right now. I mean it's an ok writing mechanism, just gets a bit repetitive.
The "drama" episodes of Futurama are overrated.
That being said, Amazon Women in the Mood is the best Futurama episode.
The Simpsons has legitimately good sappy episodes but it's because they're really relatable and depressing.
Honestly one of the things keeping me from watching the Simpson's is I'm afraid it's gonna hit me too close to home.

Does the ps4 still have all it's shooters use the bumpers rather than the triggers to fire your weapon?
Because that was the dumbest move. Then again, the ps3 did not have nice bumpers. I don't know about xbone/ps4, but the 360 controller>>>>>>>>Dualshock 3 by leaps and bounds
it still does that but the ds4 bumpers are deffo an improvement over the ds3's
i still prefer using triggers on the 360 controller though
Uh, no? Every PS4 game I've played to date has trigger firing.

Even the remasters of the Uncharted series give you the option to flip the top-of-controller controls around.

Not even launch titles like Killzone: Shadow Fall did that

I think seperation of art and artist should only be applicable if said artist is dead
I think seperation of art and artist should only be applicable if said artist is dead
I agree to an extent. The basic principle of separating art from artist is usually sound, but I feel like there are exceptions.
The perspective, views, and character of an artist can very much information and give context to their art. In cases like these, I think it can be useful to not separate the art and artist. In keeping both in mind, we can gain a new or more complete understanding of their work.
The other instance that I can think of is an interesting ethical dilemma, and the one I think you're alluding to. This is when consuming the art of said artist supports or platforms them in some way. Personally, I'll usually avoid consuming media from that artist in that case, but I can fully understand why people wouldn't do the same.
I think seperation of art and artist should only be applicable if said artist is dead
I don't want to have to wait until somebody dies in order to let myself enjoy a book or movie.
yes even ps3 games had these options but the triggers dont feel good is the problem, at least, they dont feel good for shooting imo
That's not what he asked.

The Game of Tones was fucking heartbreaking - I mean, I like doggos too and love my pets, but Jurrasic Park got overhyped into oblivion; Game of Tones on the other hand, hit people who have to deal with the future loss (or current loss) of their parents and the memories associated with them very hard. I always tear up when I see the ending to that show, which is why I usually skip it entirely because it just depresses me for the rest of the day.
