Honestly, It's their choice to make, But if you want them to stop, Tell them, Tell them you don't want them to do it every day, Spend all of their money on it.
Honestly, I look at someone who does coke as being someone very different from the person who's /addicted/ to coke.
Tell them you care Op, And if they care, If they're strong, Maybe they can help you help them.
Give them challenges. (ie : I bet you can't snort only the half of what you planned doing. )
