(boy) Friend - Lost his girlfriend who he's been with for like 6+ years.
(girl) Friend - Lost her boyfriend, lost her best friend, and pretty much lost everything she knows.
It really sucks and makes me feel bad when I think about it.

You are dumb. There is no such thing as "underage sex". The only type of illegal sex is one where one person is older than 18 and the other is younger than 18 which is considered rape. Two fourteen year olds is not illegal.
And everyone, who the hell cares if they have sex at 14? Sex is not a bad thing no matter how much anyone tells you. It is something completely natural and pure and really it's not a big deal that they are fucking at 14. Who cares.

That recently just happened to me, my uncles partner had an alcoholic meltdown on me and I didn't know what the fuck, so I decided to just chill about everything until march, when in which I will buy a southwest ticket (the webfare "wanna get away?" ones are like 69 bucks) round trip ticket, get the fuck out of dodge, and purposely miss my flight back (since the web fare things are the absolute cheapest tickets ive found)
I would suggest she do the same thing but were in incredibly different situations, but i know exactly what shes going through in a sense.

It is, but you wont find a DA north of Tennessee and west of Texas which will charge on it. The age of consent varies from state to state too. In Minnesota it's 16, New York it's 17. A lot of states though set it to 18.
