Whenever I hear that word now Minecraft just jumps into my head.

Went up to the roof of my local mall (pretty big mall mind you) last night to take some shots of the moon. Me and my dad couldn't even see it after a couple minutes of looking; must've been blocked by an apartment building because it was right smack in the sky from my house' view.

Anyways, took some shots of the apartment buildings nearby and stuff. :) Will post soon.

Reposting from the Night Sky photography thread.
Took this a few nights ago and it turned out better than I was expecting it to. I just have a 250mm lens so the pic is cropped a good bit but is still fairly sharp.

I was looking at a 250mm lens today and wondering what kind of magnification it goes to... this pretty much confirmed it's gonna be my next purchase. Great pic.

I wanted to give it a surreal effect and eliminate the clutter of the city at the bottom (looks better full quality); so I did some stuff. I know I missed a couple glares, and I could've spent more time filling the gaps in the distance but I'm satisfied.

All the stars are just one picture duplicated 20 times and transformed in different ways.
