The shadows are missing. It just looks like you Photoshopped some feet onto a hardwood texture. Perhaps look at a few posts on the last page to get some tips on doing it so it doesn't look fake.

There are actually shadows there, but the light was so soft it's hard to see.

I like it a lot better. You should've either faked a reflection though or held the bag up to take a third shot and mask in the reflection.
