It kinda shows. I get a tripod or something for most things under 1/100, but I also have really shaky hands.

Under 1/100? Wow, you REALLY have shakey hands. That means you can't even take proper studio blitz shots without a tripod.
I generally only need a tripod below 1/20, when it starts to show.
