You always have the best tones, I think the second one could use a bit less viginetting though in all honesty
You always have the best tones, I think the second one could use a bit less viginetting though in all honesty
It's very distracting in the second photo, I agree.
You always have the best tones, I think the second one could use a bit less viginetting though in all honesty
Thanks :)
The second one was more of an afterthought and just snapped a picture of the uprooted tree on my way back to my car. I included it to 'add to the atmosphere' of the main shot. The vignette is natural, but I can see how it's too much.
Thanks for the input guys!
got new chukkas today, actually in love with a pair of shoes. And i'm sufficiently blazed which is nice.
So, yesterday Keith urban was visiting Tamworth NSW Australia where his career first kicked off, and they decided the close off the high street and have a 'party'

Started doing triptychs in my old photography class, the teacher asked me to do one as an example. In all honesty I will probably do another considering this was just me fucking around with long exposures because I couldn't fall asleep. I took out the middle shot and cropped it differently, because I like it better alone. It'll look better if you step away from the monitor a few feet :v: It wasn't in focus, shot through a screen filled with rain droplets. Anyway, CC would be nice :)
^ lucky. my photography class is a fucking joke. we spent a month on a scanning project. we scanned items, hand-drew a background, and magnetic lasso'd the items onto the drawing. a fucking month. i hate my teacher.
in other news! i finally touched lightroom after a month or two!

diggin' the dof
try turning down the saturation on the yellow tones and adding lil more for the blue.
edit: get that purple person out of frame

yay bopie tutorials, heh
as to your comment about snow photos, I missed you on facebook- I'd imagine split toning to have interesting effects if you worked up a separate method for editing that played around the whites rather than just affecting everything.

even sooc, it just looks bad. i've spent alot of time trying to get it to work.
i need greens and browns - too much white fucks it up.
i've made it work once or twice, and i rarely seen it done well.

I see nothing wrong with vignetting. As long as it's from the lens, not from software.
In fact, I quite like it.

I have no idea - but it looks like it.
I was walking my grandparents dog today, and I saw this little flower. Now, I'm not sure how this looks to you, but because I'm red/green colour blind, blue always really stands out to me, so I took a pic.

Amazing new found respect sir. Your dad was pretty much a member of the family to me as a kid :v:
Been a few weeks since I posted and I've learnt how to do basic post-processing and worked on my composition, but not half as much as I would have liked.
