Aperture priority, you can see some flickering.

I stepped it down two EV stops when it got dark to get a more dramatic feel with the streetlights, you can see that in the vid aroud 2:00.

I read a pretty good tip about timelapses, best way (if you're going for an auto adjust method) is to change it to spot metering, and chose an area that'll change very slowly with the light, like a foreground object, tree, pathway. Stops cars, animals, people, clouds interfering with the light detection.
