the thing about you're one, which is very clever, is that the levitation isn't the centre point of attention. it's like it's something casual just happening in the background!
bopie why you so good at camera!
the thing about you're one, which is very clever, is that the levitation isn't the centre point of attention. it's like it's something casual just happening in the background!
I actually wanted to do it even more so 'in the background' with the camera in another room focused on the TV or something with the levitation happening out of focus in the other room, seen through the doorway - but I just couldn't get the scene to look right.

They remind me of this photographer [img_thumb]http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2009/04/13/article-1169658-046DA001000005DC-427_634x773.jpg[/img_thumb] [img_thumb]http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2009/04/13/article-1169658-046D9FE5000005DC-987_634x765.jpg[/img_thumb] his photos always amuse me. But he does it with harnesses and shit.
Man, I need to get out more...
Since everyone else is... repost! My friend is coming over tommorow, I'll try some levitation tricks then, Sweet.
I'm totally going to try some now. Heh heh. [editline]25th January 2011[/editline] Now I don't see how I'm going to pull this off without a remote. :/
found two hot pixels on my eos 1000D, it's fucking 1 month old. Yaldi.

(400+ with a 1000D). They're very easy to fix, so not really a problem. They come and go, usually after every exposure.

Also, I have loads of noise at ISO 200
I really have almost no experience with cameras (nor do I have a great camera), but I thought this looked pretty artistic :v:
I like the photo, but don't use a border next time.
I like the photo, but don't use a border next time.
Ima guess that its a pretty common rookie mistake to think that borders look "pr0fesshunal" eh?
Surfin' around. I might think I overdid the post-processing. But I'm not sure.
Nah. It looks fine. Doesn't look over processed. However the one I posted a few posts above, THAT looks over processed.
I think the snow is a bit too yellow, but overall I like it.
Yeah? That's what I think too.. Gonna fix it. [editline]25th January 2011[/editline]
[img_thumb]http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5214/5387874969_4585508f07.jpg[/img_thumb] Lev. #1 by Bohan Pang, on Flickr I think I over did the post processing.
Try to turn down the magenta tones by turning up the green tones in it. This might help it look more "natural". [editline]25th January 2011[/editline] Completely different.. I feel more satisfied with this one.
Yeah, I like that much more.
I actually liked the other one more. I like the old worn out feeling of the boat just sitting there and yeah I'll try turning down magenta. Thanks. [editline]25th January 2011[/editline] I assume you mean something like this [editline]25th January 2011[/editline] It's just a quick edit though.

The tones are good now!
:buddy: Pssssttt. The magenta was purposely done! But sweet!
I prefer a cool image over a warm one.
:buddy: Pssssttt. The magenta was purposely done! But sweet!
I sorta knew, but I thought it was overdone.
Just took some shits then. This was hard to get.
I sorta knew, but I thought it was overdone.
Me too!
aw, great, now everyone's talking about the levitation thing. I mentioned I was gonna do this -technically- a few pages back, but accidentally posted my post in the gold members RC thread, didn't realize for a day, then forgot to post it back here when I deleted it there v:sweatdrop:v anyways, I got a neat idea for a self-portrait.
