i have been quite lazy recently, until this morning i have taken 7 pictures in 2 weeks, its just not worth getting cold to take crappy pictures, this morning though there was a frog/toad on my doorstep so i thought i might as well take its picture [URL=http://img511.imageshack.us/i/fatfrog1of1.jpg/][IMG]http://img511.imageshack.us/img511/1930/fatfrog1of1.th.jpg[/IMG][/URL] still crap but i couldnt be arsed moving it to somewhere with a better background in gale force winds, i did think about introducing it to my cat but that seemed cruel plus i would have to clean up the mess like when it ripped up a pigeon outside my kitchen window

It's probably just me though. I think (well for me anyways) composition relies heavily on feeling. Just keep taking pictures, eventually you'll get a feel for what a nice photo is and what isn't. It isn't the composition I'm having problems with in your photos, it's the subject matter. Everything's terribly bland and boring, especially the fence one. Try to get something interesting in your photos, something that we don't see every day.
