with lightroom how do you put stuff into a collection (not just a quick collection) i need to create a set of candidate photos that i can filter down to a portfolio

Forgot to mention I took that picture with me new 50mm f/1.8 Nikon lens which I got two days ago. I'm loving it!

I literally thought it just involved grouping pictures together in a collection. Obviously my information doesn't mean anything, but I literally thought there was a create a collection option.

In fact there is, because I grouped all of my best vacation pictures into a collection. I'll look it up in the morning if you still need it.
feck, I got somebody to bother. Supposed to take pictures of a Savannah cat for their website sometime, they never emailed back the date.

I'm not a fan of the composition though, but I think it was during my 365 so I was just looking for an excuse to take a picture for the day.

I only figured how to import folders then I sort things by color or rating from there, heh. I should figure this stuff out too

Is there a way to plug a canon 450D into the mains, and attach the intervalometer? I have a funny feeling they both use the same port :(
Can't you just plug it into a laptop and use that to do it through EOS Utility?
Ah good thinking, I don't have any of the canon software though, I bought the camera second hand and it didnt come with a disk. Could anybody hook me up?
