I would also like to add to this discussion by saying yes it is theoritaclly possible, the chances are so minimal that it will probably never happen.

1) Build wall out of Neutronium (ignoring the fact that a wall out of neutronium would be as massive as like the moon or something) 2) Walk head on into wall 3) No electrostatic repulsion between your atoms and wall seeing as how wall is entirely neutral (???) 4) ??? 5) PASS THROUGH WALL!

Obviously quantum physics still requires more research before we can take it for granted as fact, but we can say with reasonable certainty that through quantum tunneling, it is possible to do this. I don't see how it's outside of my rights to tell people that it's possible, given this.
