Only the first few seconds were a re-cap, and shot completely differently, and the rest was brand new. And it was at the beginning of the movie . . . so, um, yeah. Pretty sure it counts.

That movie is really fucked up, but the opening scene is awesome. The way they implemented the text to the actual footage is kinda unique. Also you should go and see that movie, because it's confusing an fascinating at the same time, and it gives you a quite different view on our society.
Lord of War deserves an honorable mention.

Dunno if it's been posted but boogie nights had a great opening, a complicated 3 minute long take introducing multiple characters. paul thomas anderson is a genius.
