I've got 3 real street portraits in this latest batch and I really, really love them, i think I'm going to start a project on them.
By real street portrait i mean going up to someone and asking if they mind that I take their picture vs taking a picture when they aren't even aware
Sweet. If you really, really love them, then I'm heaps excited to see them.
Looking forward to seeing the posts.

Love 'em.
I think the framing's a little off in the first one. For portraits like that, it's nice not to see too much perspective. I don't know, maybe from more a more direct angle. But that's just my opinion. Great shots by the way.

On the one hand I totally agree that if I were to do a street portrait set I would want them all to be of the same front on framing, like the first and third photos, showing everyone as equal and trying to show that I'm not trying to alter perceptions and representations, etc.
On the other hand that would probably have to be my favourite photo of mine from the last few months, I love the colour and the tones and the composition. It's really a photo that on it's own it's impressive by its' own merits, not so much a set item.
Amazing photos H4z3y. I especially like the colours - they're amazing.
H4Z3Y if you had filled the frame more with his bicycle completely and a bit less empty space on the right it would be perfect, great shots. I don't have the confidence to ask people for street portraits, but then again from where I'm from, people generally don't like it and find that sort of thing "weird".
I love that place, there's several spots around town (like the greyhound station) that also have those giant masts with wires on them.
There's an awful lot of noise in the first picture and the second may benefit from using a wider aperture. Also the composition could do with a little work.

Some old photos I've not posted.
My parents have moved my charger somewhere and are denying doing it, so I'm not going to be able to take photos for a while, I've been looking for it for a week now.
Get one of these:

Why would they even deny moving it if they did? It makes no sense.
Alright, I can maybe see why they would lie if it was something like a lighter and a packet of cigarettes... But a camera charger? :v:
Maybe you just forgot where you last put it?

I have a minimalist room and I can't find it anywhere in here, and it was last in my living room so only my parents would have moved it.

I'm off to Berlin tomorrow for almost a week, so I won't get much chance to post. Then got exams the following week for a month - then I'm off to Peru for 7 weeks (with absolutely no internet during that time) straight after that. I don't think I'll be posting so much over the next few weeks. So, I'm looking forward to browsing every once in a while and seeing what you guys come up with.
Oh, one other.
