I sensor swabbed mine when I had a big piece of dust on there that wouldn't come off with air. But apart from that I doubt I'll touch it again.
Ordered my single speed now, was going to build my own but my dad offered to buy me one and I pay back half, and i'm slowly gonna change parts/colours, though its pretty nice at the moment. [img_thumb]http://cdn.activecommerce.net/content/alpine/products/o/26443.jpg[/img_thumb] gonna get rid of those tyres, have one white, one brown. Remove front brake, stickers for now.
I've heard decent things about that, it has good geometry. Also, those gumwalls actually look really nice. Leave em. You don't want to end up looking tarck (bicycle ricer equivalent) with multi colored shit. Refer to this thread for tasteful bike ideas. They also have an anti-porn thread for what not to do. By the way, a thread for cycling popped up over in the fitness section, check it out.
my intention wasnt to be multicoloured, the brown was to match the seat and handlebars and the white to go with the blue, but you might be right im quite bad with colours going together.

How?
That only works to an extent, it just charges a coating in-front of the sensor to repel tiny dust particles. Not a substitute for a real cleaning.
That's not the only method, most vibrate the sensor at an extreme rate and shake the dust off.
How?
http://www.flickr.com/photos/cheesepuff/sets/72157626527691653/ upload pictures of a test paper thats not online, recieve views

Do you mean it doesn't belong in this thread? 'Cause it's a hell of a lot more relevant than bikes (not that I have any problem with that either, I <3 cycling) This thread has totally evolved from strictly photography to a bunch of cool dudes chilling and sharing ideas/musings as well as pictures. And I like that :)
its about my photography
Exactly, that's why I was wondering what he was trying to say :S
Then what's the point in the off-topic thread? I honestly thought it was for posting stuff that goes in this forum that's not very related to gear or posting photos, basically to keep this thread full of 'creative photography'. [editline]5th May 2011[/editline] Anyway, I'm messing with images I took on my old D60 from 2008.

Rated sensor dust.
I have some photos that I hope to post later, I just need to figure out why Aperture is refusing to acknowledge the existence of my RAWs.
Rated sensor dust.
Yeah I just cleaned the sensor about 5 mins ago. I'm pretty new to photography and had no real idea how to do it, Not that I've got a lens to test out if I've actually got rid of the dust I've got to wait till I can afford my 50mm 1.8
Snip.
I heart you.
Fuck man, knew I shouldn't have left my credit papers in the exam.
im taking the moddy one, fuck if im scanning it in though it's like 12 pages long [editline]5th May 2011[/editline] pumped for english tomorrow?
Tried making a makeshift diffuser with some toilet paper tell me which you think is better. They both have the same edits: Flash no diffuse: Diffused:
shadow seems just as harsh diffused, minus a little feathering. (look under guitar). Hold your tissuser farther out so a larger area of it gets hit with the initial flash.
That only works to an extent, it just charges a coating in-front of the sensor to repel tiny dust particles. Not a substitute for a real cleaning.
I'm pretty sure something moves when it's doing it. Listen closely and you can hear a clicking noise.
That only works to an extent, it just charges a coating in-front of the sensor to repel tiny dust particles. Not a substitute for a real cleaning.
pretty sure automatic sensor cleaning vibrates the bit of glass just in front of the sensor at high frequency to shake the dust off. [editline]5th May 2011[/editline] still doesn't get everything though.
