The only way in is through the steam tunnels, which would mean getting into the powerplant or another building that has access to the tunnels, which would mean a trip to the building's basement and trying to find the entrance. If theres one thing I've found is that theres always an easier way in, you just don't find it until you've gone the harder way :v:
