Finally figured out how to do halfway decent panoramas

No post done to it because I just used ICE, but ill eventually give it a try. I took this from a 75 Ft. tall guard tower near the ocean. They used to use them for spotting submarines off the coast. You can see a smaller one in the background.

Just got lightroom and I'm trying to figure out it's system... how do I change the default catalogue location? It's currently on my C drive but I keep all my media on my D.

Can somebody please give me a super quick rundown of it's pipeline? When I import images, does it create duplicates of them in a lightroom catalogue? And if I want to save changes to the image I can create a new snapshot... (which will keep the original and the edit) then export it as a jpeg?

Eek. iIf you have to saturate it, just go a bit higher, not the end of the slider. Just a tip, cuz everyone here has a anger thing with over edited photos.

also, upload you pictures much bigger. Am I wrong to guess that you uploaded these pictures to flickr to from iPhoto and use the [b]web[/b] setting for the image size?

Also, mess around with Vibrance, alongside the Saturation. You can get some pretty interesting things out of that.

The local camera stores here don't know how to fix it. I have to actually send it to sigma over in America which there's no way I'm doing. I don't even know how simple it is to adjust it internally, but I don't see why sigma can do it and the local repair shop can't. Unless when sigma says they're gonna "fix it", they actually mean "replace it with a completely new lens".

I'm fine with dishing out a bit more for the 7D though.
