I took a trip up to Prescott the other week, thought I'd get some nice shots of the rocks and trees apparently people in Prescott have too few buildings, and graffiti on rocks instead. The room was really, really dark so hence the quality. Sadly it was really too bright during the Otter feeding. I do have a few pictures but even fiddling in Lightroom with the raw files didn't manage to make me fully happy. I'm gonig to buy a lens, and I'm looking at the [url=http://shop.nikonusa.com/store/nikonusa/en_US/pd/ThemeID.18145600/productID.213468200]Nikon Normal AF Nikkor 50mm f/1.8D Autofocus Lens[/url] I thought it would be good to get a standard lens (seeing that I don't have one already) and also I am going to Italy this summer and I need a good travel lens. What do you guys think? Any suggestions for others?
