Fucking loving the first two, don't really like the 3rd, and the 4th is OK.
[editline]27th April 2011[/editline]
Me and my friend just won a local cinematography competition, now have £250 between us to invest on photo gear
I also just got paid £40 for a business photo-shoot I did a while ago.
It looks very green.

What do you think of the watermark?

I'm using the trial of lightroom, and it has a watermark feature, so I'm trying it out.

Maybe if it was smaller and not 100% opacity.
I don't like watermarks, but I guess make em small as possible, good font choice.
Also I helped (Did everything short of hitting the shutter release) my friend do a photo project consisting entirely of floaty images v:v:v
I went to the art museum with my girlfriend and I feel this is best one I have. SOFTC but I plan on fixing it, I just don't know what I should do with it.

that's my Mamyia c22 shooting on Kodak Ektacolor 160 scanned with an Epson v500
the scan actually looks heaps better than that, it's just my shitty screencapture program compressed the hell out of it, I'll put it on flickr later.

Cheers mate.
Nah dude, it's cool.
You just need to change the settings in which you smoke. I know it can make you a lazy bastard - I've seen it happen to plenty of friends. I smoke weed most days and I still manage to remain productive. Get outside, and take a jay or two with you nothing else - especially since the weather's getting nicer. Make it a resultt of doing other things rather than just 'going to get stoned'.
Same with alcohol.
It's like my dad said to me - back when he was my age, getting drunk was a by-product of hanging out with your friends. Nowadays, seeing your friends is a by-product of getting drunk...
Have another photo by the way:

1.6 second exposure, so my friend Chris isn't as sharp as I'd like - but it was dark!
This one wasn't nearly as posed as it looks:

Mephedrone walks were the best. I must have walked most of Kent at night on the stuff.

aaaand 6 hours later I'm done, so fucking painful, but it's damn well worth it!
Also surprised that someone fave'd this on my photostream, I thought it was okay, but then again I've been too critical of myself.

His face is sharper.
I've got 3 real street portraits in this latest batch and I really, really love them, i think I'm going to start a project on them.
By real street portrait i mean going up to someone and asking if they mind that I take their picture vs taking a picture when they aren't even aware

You should rotate it ever so slightly so that the lines run perfectly horizontal.
Also on the subject of watermarks, if you have a tiny one in the corner, what's to stop people just cropping it out?
The Milwaukee Art Museum is kind of a trippy place to begin with.

I love that place, there's several spots around town (like the greyhound station) that also have those giant masts with wires on them.
