A Su-9 attempted to intercept a U2 in the 1960s U2 Gary Powers incident
"The unarmed Su-9 was directed to ram the U-2" You see Ivan, if you ram the American Jet just right, you'll just respawn back at the base.

Everything they have made so far jams or falls apart. I am expecting the same with this thing.

Would take considerable and intentional effort to mess that up.

What's that rifle above it? Looks like a golden AN94 to me
What's that rifle above it? Looks like a golden AN94 to me
it looks like a simple AK variant to me. I don't know which one it is, at all, though.
Amogh in 5.56x30 MINSAS
Why does the AMOGH look like it has a 9mm magazine, even though the placard says 5.56mm? The Excalibur looks like it actually has a 5.56 mag.
5.56x30 is presumably far shorter than 5.56x45, but it's still technically 5.56. Just like Colt's MARS project, that was an AR chambered in 5.56x30. The magazine for that was quite short, too. [t]http://i.imgur.com/NZpnsXO.jpg[/t] [t]http://i.imgur.com/JvbUnMu.jpg[/t]

Maybe they should've noted that on the placards.

[
Didn't even know this plane is a thing. Looks really cool, but kind of strange for a strategic bomber. Actually it reminds me of some futuristic cargo plane concept i've seen somewhere.
That would have fit right in in dropship: UPF

So... That's how you rifle a barrel. So much for it being some almost magical process of near-impossibility.

What country? South Africa?
I am 100% in love with the pattern on that centurion.
What country? South Africa?
Source said they're Dutch
That makes sense, I wasn't aware that the Netherlands used the Uzi.
A Centurion 5/1 crew and all the gear for tanking
Here's the description of the photo translated into English:
Centurion MK 5-1 tank from BRAVO Squadron 101st Tank battalion, Regiment Huzaren Prins Alexander (RHPA) at the military complex 'de Boskamp' near Amersfoort in 1965. The tank has been provided with the first version of a camouflage pattern, a later version consisted of bigger coloured areas. Only Centurion tanks from the 101st Tank battalion were painted with a camouflage pattern. The crewmen all carry a FN 9mm Browning pistol as their personal weapon, and two 9mm UZI machinepistols as extra weapons for close protection. This later became the personal armament for the gunner and the loader. On the left lies the soldiers' "Persoonlijke Standaard Uitrusting" (Personal Standard Equipment) which they carry with them on the tank. To the right, next to the PSU lies the vehicle equipment for the Centurion MK5-1 tank.
[editline]19th June 2016[/editline] Dutch Leopard 2A4 from the 41st Tank Battalion, with a Dutch lion on the left side of the turret The photo is prolly from the mid or late 80's
