It appears that the gun stabilizer was either turned off or broken on Zimbabwe's tank during this year's Russian-hosted tank biathlon
I didn't even know Zimbabwe had tanks, let alone the money to send them to a tank biathlon...
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Syrian_Democratic_Forces SDF are a Kurdish-led coalition of non-FSA, moderate rebel groups. Generally they're regarded to be far less barbaric. They receive support from both NATO and Russia.
Ah, thanks for clearing that up. It gets a bit confusing, especially when there's like four (if not more) different armed forces which share the same acronyms. [editline]31st July 2016[/editline]
I didn't even know Zimbabwe had tanks, let alone the money to send them to a tank biathlon...
They probably only have that one.
I didn't even know Zimbabwe had tanks, let alone the money to send them to a tank biathlon...
If it's the same as last year, they're all piloting Russian T-72B3s except for China who brought the latest Type 96B Variant
Now China is just waving their dicks
'now' being the last 15 years?
If it's the same as last year, they're all piloting Russian T-72B3s except for China who brought the latest Type 96B Variant
"ooh you guys drive the t-72b3, see we got the t-96b its like the same thing except its got 2 more cupholders"
Some weird shotgun I looked up [editline]31st July 2016[/editline] Also this is pretty crazy:
"ooh you guys drive the t-72b3, see we got the t-96b its like the same thing except its got 2 more cupholders"
Interestingly enough, last year the Type 96A they brought performed better than the T-72B3 when firing on the move which might indicate that it has better gun stabilization or fire control system. The B3s all have newly upgraded FCS as well, so it's not like they're entirely outdated cold war surplus
Is it just me or does this look surprisingly modern?
Is it just me or does this look surprisingly modern? The exterior is mostly what I meant, yeah :v: [editline]1st August 2016[/editline] Compared to this, for example [t]https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/0/0b/Multiple_Gun_Motor_Carriage.jpg[/t] halftracks are cool

Overkill much? Also, fucking armoured trains training video Aren't they kinda impractical? Unless someone is attacking train tracks or supplies, the range is kinda shit ain't it? Can't seem to tag the video
What weapon hasn't 40k predicted?
considering Dark Age of Technology (something like 10000 AD to 20000 AD) era humanity had guns that fired artificial black holes and manipulated time, i'd wager they've got everything that is and isn't possible
[t]http://www.forgottenweapons.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/R9ARMSPISTOL1.jpg[/t] I'd love to get my hands on one of these babies.

I love that gun so fucking much. Supposedly they are becoming really popular in the European blackmarket, because of how high quality they are. Also, have some new images of the Polish Wolf machine pistol! [t]https://homemadeguns.files.wordpress.com/2016/07/8mmwolf1.jpg[/t] [t]https://homemadeguns.files.wordpress.com/2016/07/8mmwolf2.jpg[/t] [t]https://homemadeguns.files.wordpress.com/2016/07/8mmwolfammo.jpg[/t] Every video I have seen is saying this is 8mm. Not sure if it's because of how the bullets are constructed or what not, but yeah. Those bullets are also how most "homemade" ammo is made from .22 nailgun blanks. That could be soon changing though, as some fairly intelligent folks are starting to make rimfire reloading kits, so being able to reload .17HMR and .22LR is no longer a pipedream, and thanks to such, homemade .22LR ammo will be fairly easy to produce.
Idk what the fuck else to call it but I love that eastern "flute" style muzzle to death Same one that's on the ak47 [editline]1st August 2016[/editline] Also any gun that throws the casings straight up is dope too
is it really that hard to get 9mm that they resort to making modified .22? [editline]1st August 2016[/editline]
What weapon hasn't 40k predicted?
i think the gyrojet predates the bolter by a few years, just give it time to come back around
Eyup. Most countries have strict regulations around owning handgun ammo, so it tends to be easier to simply manufacture paper cartridges or setting up the machinery to mass produce rimfire ammo. [editline]1st August 2016[/editline] Oh yeah, it seems some more photos exist of the R9 Arms gun. IDF's new wheeled IFV, Eitan It was designed after an incident in the 2014 Gaza War where an IDF M113 was hit by a RPG-7, killing many of the people inside. It will be a lot faster and cheaper than the Namer, relying on APS for protection against RPGs and ATGMs. It's still pretty heavy, weighing a bit less than 35 tons, so it still should have some decent armor for a wheeled IFV.
Lookin' awesome as fuck, just like most everything the IDF fields. That sandpapery texture and sharp edges everywhere, man.
Lookin' awesome as fuck, just like most everything the IDF fields. That sandpapery texture and sharp edges everywhere, man.
The IDF's armored vehicles are some of the most futuristic-looking as fuck units out there, at least compared to some of the US' AFVs and Russia's AFVs (sans a few cases like the JLTV, or the T-14 Armata, for example).
Where do the dozer blades go?
