Should'a given it the integrated vertical grip. Sure, it'd be awkward as heck to hold and reload, but imagine the style-points!
I imagine it was an NFA device issue.
Should'a given it the integrated vertical grip. Sure, it'd be awkward as heck to hold and reload, but imagine the style-points!
if that still fires 7.62 then its going to be spewing fire since they chopped most of the barrel
if that still fires 7.62 then its going to be spewing fire since they chopped most of the barrel
We will blind the capitalist pigdogs with our muzzle flash!
if that still fires 7.62 then its going to be spewing fire since they chopped most of the barrel
It'd also be the most anemicly powered 7.62 due to there being virtually no barrel.
The AK for the discerning East German who wants to be fashionable at all those capitalist gun shows or to captivate those capitalist dogs and their mps from your side of the wall.
If you're East German and want to be fashionable you just have to be the SEK tbh
I imagine it was an NFA device issue.
Not if it's an SBR. Now, if it's an AK pistol, then yeah; there's a problem with it.
No stock that I can see points towards pistol.
That's what I assumed.
damn bronies puttin their unicorns and ponies on guns since 1625
The latching mechanism is so ahead of it's time, holy shit. Imagine the world we'd be in if those early cartridges actually caught on.
No stock that I can see points towards pistol.
True, but the description he posted said SBR.
True, but the description he posted said SBR.
I think we're avoiding the real issue: Why does it need two cocking handles?
The latching mechanism is so ahead of it's time, holy shit. Imagine the world we'd be in if those early cartridges actually caught on.
everything on that gun is ahead of its time. whoever commissioned it and whoever smithed it were both extremely knowledgable and skilled gunsmiths and marksmen too bad steel was still too expensive to make this practical. even in the 1800s it would still have been impractical to give troops this since they could only probably get 3-4 shots stored up
I think we're avoiding the real issue: Why does it need two cocking handles?
Because AK's have horrid cocking handles and fitting one to the other side is the second step on the way to make the AK a semi-servicable modern rifle. The first is moving the rear sight backwards.

That's a collection and a half.
Not the craziest collection I've seen. We had a guy come into the firearms thread awhile back with almost as many rifles, shotguns etc. as the farmer from Hot Fuzz.
You can never be to prepared to start Armageddon.
