Actually every gun from Bayonetta is gaudy and retarded [sp]and that's part of the reason why I love it[/sp]

His campaign of slaughter on the battlefield leading to his swift consignment to hell, the soul of Vietnam War madman Lt. Col. Kilgore now resides in these grenade launchers, which fire explosive shells with incredible magic power.
These are swung around like tonfa.
how about we keep guns as guns and big sticks as big sticks
putting a big stick at the end of your gun, that one i'll let slide

Why not both?

Ukraine is pushing these new sniper rifles into service with their National Guard that are based on the Mosin Nagant or at least reuses the Mosin bolt.

Ain't not'n wrong with that, the finns use the nugget too. Long as the action is slapped into a good chassis, you'd be very much good to go with one of those.

The woodwork on these is just gorgeous, apart from the abruptly ending front end and the lack of flash hider, which make the whole front seem a bit unfinished imo.

Is it just me or is it really weird to see a modern firearm with nothing of any sort on the front of the barrel? No muzzle brake, no flash hider, not even an ironsight. It just looks strange to me.

reminds me of this movie
which was dumb because they had actual stocks on the guns and it was the people who could even hit anything like this were considered crack shots
I'm pretty certain that style of stock were a real thing in the past.

romeo+juliet is legitimately great in the fact that it's so awful and somehow gets away with it.

yeah that's exactly what I was gonna say before I decided to check the next page just in case
I mean the idea itself is solid but the execution is just so bizarre
now if you want a proper good modern adaptation of a Shakespeare play I remember really liking Coriolanus, myself
it actually managed to have war scenes that were both dramatic in the classic drama sense and well just good war scenes (aside from the bizarre thing where they kept using semi auto, I guess these were the fabled military grade semi automatic assault rifles gun control people keep harping on about? :v: ) and Ralph Fiennes absolutely killed it in it
I'm pretty certain that style of stock were a real thing in the past.
Can't find anything to support this, but as early hand cannons were braced against the ground the fired indirectly I would not be surprised if they would place the long brace pole above their shoulder to fire directly at close range.
I'm pretty certain that style of stock were a real thing in the past.
Everybody else in that movie had the iron-pole gun, but that lady's gun always just annoyed me because its got a full stock like any real musket and she uses it in the most ridiculous way
One of the very few hand-cannon vs samuri movies out there though, great film

Nothing like gunning down thousands of 15th century Japanese peasants with a pair of giant historically inaccurate cannons.

Using pistols in melee could be an awesome idea if done right.
I like to imagine two people with longslides fencing each other, constantly parrying barrels as to make the other's barrel point away from them, and to open up spots where they can fire. Gun-kata, essentially.

I'm sure it's in an anime somewhere

Then you haven't seen Equilibrium. One of my favorite stupid movies ever.

Best gun kata scene in Equilibrium:

Spoilers, it's the last fight.
But personally I'd like to see fencing using the gun barrels themselves. It'd work for longslide pistols and long barrel revolvers. Imagine doing that with these sexy bastards:

Man fuck those, get some oldey-timey wheel-lock action or something for it, so it actually matters if you hit or not 'cause otherwise you gotta reload for fifteen minutes.

Flint lock where you have 1 shot and you don't want to fire it coz if you miss it leaves the other guy to disengage CQC and shoot you dead.
I'm sure it's in an anime somewhere
For sure its in gate, one of the main characters fights a dude with a spear and uses her gun + bayonette as a pointy kill stick
I'm sure it's in an anime somewhere
Jormungand(A lovely gunporn anime you shits would probably like) has someone that uses two pistols with bayonets :v:

Wheel locks are worse in every way, but more stylishly rad.

Also grip angle for better fencing. Now I wanna see it happen.

Equilibrium has a ton of gun-kata, hell even what Zakkin mentioned about fencing with long slides, theres a scene where the main protag does just that with the antag.

The Germans would never waste a beer, which was why they were able to this.
