Ik jack shit about weapons but for all ik is that the PL01 tank looks snazzy.

Ik jack shit about weapons but for all ik is that the PL01 tank looks snazzy.
I like they want it to be stealthy yet it's the size of a building block
I like they want it to be stealthy yet it's the size of a building block
It's pretty much invisible to infra-red and radar, apart from that, anyone with a man operated anti tank weapon can take it down.
Every time the PL-01 comes up I wonder what the production models will look like, it'll be interesting to see the progress
nobody's really improved on the concept of a stealth (to radar and IR) tank, even though having your heavy armor invisible to radar and IR would be pretty good especially today with drones being able to loiter over areas with little resistance i guess if they thought it was a good idea they'd have developed them past demonstration models
Every time the PL-01 comes up I wonder what the production models will look like, it'll be interesting to see the progress
Maybe it'll go full circle and end up looking like a WPB Anders again [t]http://i.imgur.com/KYkedPy.jpg[/t] On another note, here are some MTLBs repurposed into MLRS by the Ukrainian Army. Gotta do something with all those rocket pods after almost all of your air assets have been effectively grounded. Libyan rebels had a similar setup made out of a Hilux. why use a pump shotgun anyway? isn't the objective to fire off the 1 round it takes to blow open the door, everything else is just dead weight after that, wouldn't it be more effective to just have a small single or two barreled shotgun to fire off and not have the weight of an entire shotgun hanging off the front of your gun
I think the idea is that you can also shoot stuff that isn't doorknobs with it if you need to.

What if there was more than one lock? What if the bad guy on the other side needed a gut full of lead? Seems like a sensible idea to keep it on the rifle.

Easy install, easy use, easy reload

They have completely different operating mechanisms, and the Johnson was in production before the FG42. The Johnson MG is basically just a full auto Johnson M1941 rifle with a box magazine instead of an internal rotary magazine. Or maybe because they're both airsoft guns, and airsofters like to experiment with their guns. You definitely aren't gonna blast away doors with plastic BBs.
Or maybe because they're both airsoft guns, and airsofters like to experiment with their guns. You definitely aren't gonna blast away doors with plastic BBs.
Yeah but real masterkeys are a thing, just not on the FAMAS. The basic purpose is that sometimes you need several shells to successfully breach a door, and positions of corridors/doors can force the person opening the door to be first in line to breach, so having to swap to another gun would get you killed. Ideally one man "unlocks" while another man covers the door, but its just not always possible.

I don't understand this but it's fucking hilarious

As far as I know Masterkey was only used by Delta Force, most notably in Somalia. In particular, fans of the classic GI 1911 think that loose tolerances are required to make a combat handgun reliable and full length guide-rods adds additional complexity which could induce a malfunction and makes it harder to take down for cleaning.
I don't understand this but it's fucking hilarious
making fun of the people that think that gun is unreliable (probably because of jamming problems i'm guessing) and he unloads limpwristed with no issues. A stamped-steel, roller-locked, open-bolt, full-auto-only prototype weapon intended to be airdropped to sympathetic insurgents in Vietnam. Feeds 5.56 from an ordinary STANAG, uses the grip assembly and trigger group of an M60. Funky looking thing but I like it and honestly would probably buy one if someone made a modern closed-bolt semi-auto replica.
I don't understand this but it's fucking hilarious
seems like a great example of how not to be safe with guns
seems like a great example of how not to be safe with guns
you're an idiot if you don't think cokeman 2423 is a shining beacon of weapon safety standards.
