It may be the same shit I have, mine was very stemy, had a lot of seeds in it, and the only buds in there were dense as hell. It's usually the kind of stuff people would buy pounds of for cheap, and sell to noob smokers for a high price lol. Have you tried smoking it to see if it gets you high?

The fact that you asked if it looks like oregano means you knew that was a possibility and probably what oregano looks like. Honestly if this is a legitimate post then its your own fault for getting ripped off, it really isn't that hard to google what weed looks like.
The bud looks fine as you can tell by the green shade. Other then the fact that it is a little bit shaky.
It would be nice we knew how big the bag was, though. There's nothing in the photo to compare the size of the bag with so I can't tell you if it is really 4 grams. If it's one of those small bags then you got ripped off. If you smoked "2 grams" then you probably got ripped off because it takes like .25 of mids to get me stoned.
